The paper is not The name of my garage is Busted Knuckle, so I bought it
As far as mine goes, I was not happy with it. My husband put it together and there was one side that was short. We tried adding tape at the bottom of the foot peg so it would not wobble, but that did not help much I would not pay the price I did for it. If I were you, I would buy one that already swivels. Here is what I hope will help.
The press I have never used to test my own has been able to hold my 300-lb friend just fine. Make sure to tighten all of the bolts.

It took me around 30 minutes to assemble this stool and I've been using it ever Since I have a bad hip, even though the garage floor is padded, I needed a cushion to sit on for relief after a long day at work.
