I was contacted by the company, who requested a review. So here we go. br>br>We had to remove a delicate instrument from a pallet and raise it to table height. This jack will not lift the load high enough (36") on its own, but it will raise it high enough for another type of jack to complete the process (lifting 3/4 ton to 60 inches). We have a two-ton crane on hand in case we get stuck, but the plan was to complete the job with a lifting pallet jack, a two-ton hydraulic motorized lift table, and a jack table. br>br>Our jack arrived in good condition and was delivered by a motor freight company that had their own lift gate and pallet jack. The issue began when we attempted to pick up our load, which was a mill-load. Machine with a GW of 440 lbs. The lifting mechanism, which is not found on standard jacks, causes the jack height to be about a quarter of an inch higher than the standard pallet clearance from floor to fork vertical. Our jack, unlike the one used by the freight company, would not fit under the top layer of wood in our pallet. I believe the issue stems from the need to accommodate the lift machinery within the vertical design space. Anyway, a six-foot crow bar solved the problem, but getting the jack in there nearly shattered the pallet. In a week, we'll attempt to place the instrument on a steel table, which will be the next stage of this adventure. I'll come back to this review later, but for now, I'll give it a two-star rating. Although the jack's specification did not guarantee that it would fit a standard 40" pallet, the added vertical height caused problems that could have been avoided. Each unit should be equipped with an eight-foot crowbar.

They were quick to reship. I only got one wheel and had to return it, but I got a pair a few days later and hadn't even reordered. I was blown away by it.
