I don't believe it is possible, dear friend. This hand truck, also known as a pallet jack, is used to lift pallets off the ground. If you need to lift your pallets 3 to 5 feet off the ground, you may need a scissor pallet jack, which is designed to lift pallets more than 3 feet off the ground. I hope this answers your question or concerns; this pallet jack works great for lifting pallets off the floor and moving them around for a few inches. Enjoy the rest of your week. Made in China, you'll need patience to put together a piece of the handle bar, but other than that, it's a great product. The hand jack is a durable piece of equipment that has served us well in our warehouse. We can't complain about the price because it's well made and welded.
Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean when you say "neutral setting." This isn't a pallet jack with a power source.

UPDATE: After replacing the handle on the unit, our mechanic determined that the pump's valves needed to be replaced. He's done it before with other units we've owned. When he got into the pump, he noticed that it wasn't like any other JET Pallet Jack Pump we had. This appears to be an aftermarket pump as far as we can tell. I bought a used pallet jack that came with an aftermarket pump. I'm still waiting for the seller to respond. br>br>We've been buying JET pallet jacks for a long time, and this one replaced an older sibling. One of our delivery trucks has a 5-year average life span. I would strongly suggest it. Unless it's below 10 degrees, every day is a work day. (No one wants to go to work on those days. ).
Jet wants their reseller to match the LETTER on the pallet jack to the LETTER on the handle, AA, BB, CC, and so on. The problem is that no one told the warehouse guy about these LETTERS, so my pallet jack has different letters, and when the handle was installed, the unit DID NOT WORK properly. There is a change to be made, and it isn't difficult. Jet installs the handle, adjusts it, and then removes it to save space in the shipment before sending it out. I called Tooltopia and explained the problem in the same way that I did here, but I believe it went unnoticed. Tooltopia received a one-star reduction, not Jet. What a great product!.
The delivery was a week late compared to the original estimate. The handle has a nice plastic cushion, but it has been scuffed to the point where a groove has been worn into the area, making it slightly uncomfortable. The jack is large and sturdy, and it performs admirably. It would have been a 5 star if it had arrived on time and with no scuff on the handle.
I have a few of these Jet pallet jacks, and they are solid and trouble-free. For many years, I was completely free. Even in the below-freezing temperatures, they perform admirably. We have been experiencing sub-zero temperatures.
I bought it for my basement's personal use. Moving large, heavy objects is a breeze in my unfinished basement. I'm not sure how well it'd hold up in a warehouse, but it's perfect for me.
We had them in our warehouse for six months before they began to have rolling and lifting issues. They couldn't handle it because we only ran the warehouse for 60 hours a week. Returning to the throne.
It glides effortlessly. For the price, this is a great product that appears to be of good quality.
