My husband and I needed to do some maintenance on the underside of our RV. Because of what could happen when the chassis is placed on jack stands, this is risky work. We required a heavy-duty vehicle. We bought some heavy-duty jack stands, and they worked great. When my husband took care of the repair, I felt much less worried because each stand could support a load of 22 tons. I highly recommend the jack stands because they are of excellent quality.
This was purchased to aid in the repair of my 40-foot motorhome. It's sturdy and long-lasting. This is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes with working on heavy machinery. I'm going to place an order for another one right away.
Stout. It brings one's mind to rest. These were purchased to replace Harbor Freight products that had been recalled. I'm considering placing a second order. The only complaint I had about the stands was that they were all painted a different shade of yellow, but I didn't buy them for their looks.
I purchased two of these, and with just one of them, I was able to set up the entire front end of a semi. I have two and use them in every vehicle I can fit them in.
They're heavy-duty jack stands, and I feel more at ease crawling under heavy machinery with them.
This is what you'll need if you need to work underneath a heavy vehicle (such as a class A motorhome) with the wheels off. This super robuts and stable stand, when combined with our coach's hydraulic jack stands, gave me the confidence to work beneath my coach without removing a wheel. It is stable on soft or gravel surfaces due to its large base. One stand is included in the price, but you'll probably only need that. You probably won't want to bring a pair of these with you because they're so heavy. It's difficult to move around underneath a vehicle because of the weight, but it's reassuring. On YouTube, you can see a video of Workhorse W22 Brake Rotors.
For years, I used these on a daily basis for commercial truck on/off-road and agricultural/OTR maintenance. The quality of these jack stands is excellent; the flat base works well both on and off road; the lock pin is made of high-grade zinc-coated solid steel; and the low profile helps to reduce jacking height. When paired with some esco cribbing blocks, a big rig set on stands will never feel more secure. Finally, I would recommend these to anyone in need of commercial heavy-duty jack stands.
br>br>It's way too much for most on-the-go situations. vehicles on the road But. absolute assurance, especially when parked beneath a full-size SUV or pickup truck. This is the epitome of a rock-solid foundation. Weld integrity, metal failure, and ratchet mechanisms are simply not a concern with this design and that much overbuild. 99% of my tasks consist of one wheel, so all I wanted was one of these.
