Yes - It includes two rubber "tips" of varying sizes. They're essentially affixed to the wall. I'm not sure what you were planning on doing with it, but it's best used to support something flat and much larger than itself. It's what I use to install large stainless steel panic bars on doors, hold up cabinets or other items that need to be mounted to the wall, and other things like that. If you tried to hold something up with just one of these, it might not work out so well.

I don't believe they are the same as my first. One was missing the large pad because the box had been ripped apart. when I contacted the seller about getting the pads shipped to me They sent me a new pole because I was missing a couple of bolts.
The purpose of the handle is to keep the item in place. It's what I use to keep a lateral shelf in check.

I'm not a professional; I'm just a do-it-yourselfer. These guys were purchased to assist me in installing crown molding - which I'm completing by myself. They're incredible. My ceilings are 12' high, so they can just reach the crown and hold it in place while I position and nail it. br>br>They're already put together and include two types of pads. Rubber is used for both pads. The first is a flat style, while the second is ribbed for added traction. The product was exactly as described, which is always a good thing. I've used a similar product (with red poles) from a different manufacturer. This version is my favorite because the rubber pole ends can be adjusted to a variety of angles. The packaging is the only drawback. br>br> The cardboard simply could not withstand the shipping process. It was necessary to have Amazon send a replacement order. The second shipment was in slightly better condition. In the end, I combined the two shipments to create a useful set. Ends should be sealed with a tap, as recommended by the manufacturer. Because both boxes broke in the middle, the poles require more package reinforcement.
The POS UPS driver delivered this item to my door with both ends ripped open, exactly as shown in the photos. I'm not sure if there was an instruction pamphlet included in the box, or if I got everything that came with it. I understand that they are very easy to use, but the principle is what matters here.

One crank raises the cabinet to its highest position using regular poles. This pole barely raises the cabinet enough for you to connect the wires.
Parts were missing. I received a replacement from the seller. It got here in good condition. They're light, but they're also tough. I brought them because I'm going to put up four-foot shop lights. They'll need a third hand to keep them upright.
It works perfectly! The fact that these sticks are so durable is one of their best qualities. They come with an extra set of pads, making them ideal for cabinets with more space. The ratchet adjusters make it simple to adjust level and plumb to a laser line. The telescopic adjustments also lock in place and stay put, making even the most difficult installations a breeze. For the money, this is an excellent tool. Each time I use them, they earn their five stars.
It's not what it was designed for, but it's perfect for this problem.
My marble tub surround was clamped to a block of wood, which I used to push the marble out. I was able to replace a sprayer hose that had broken.
