To reach higher, one needs to make sure the crown is approximately 13 1/8".
Even though the weight was well within the cart, it was essential you were careful when loading the cart. On a balance swing, the cart can flip upside down. The carts my Granite shop uses every day, they work, but it is somewhat slanted with the angle being too high.
Please tell me that I am not the vendor for the company. You could also get 2 more Swivel wheels if you contact them.

Despite their cast iron nature, they do not quite fit into the shape of a round wheel. What's going on with my cart nope, it does not move under load. The kit is easy to assemble and well made. For me, this will reduce the effort of it all, and I think it will last a very long time since the brakes in mine were rough shipping as well. The problem is fixed but still seems to persist. A hammer tried to fix it, but it doesn't seem to work very well yet.
Upon examining the components carefully, assembling was not difficult, however there were no bolt nuts included. Nevertheless, I can't say on whose side of the assembled dolly is the highest quality. I have sought missing bolts from the distributor through an email. After we have been using the dolly, I will add the note.
The powder coat is very good on the well-made pieces because they have strong welds and good protection. In any case, it was enclosed in a somewhat flimsy packaging with bubble wrap, so I am not sure how it could have got worse. As for the corners, all are chipped and there is power coat scrape off all across the surface. There were lots of holes in the box and there was a lot of dust. I wouldn't say this is all fixable but it can be a lot better.
The products I need to have on hand to hold my wood were good. In most cases it would have been nice for it to roll better and have smoother wheels, as the assembling was a little bit cumbersome. It provides what I'm after, and I'd recommend it for anyone else.
There are enough wheels to accommodate a load if the carts must be moved. One issue arose as a result of an extremely simple and quick assembly. A welding bead came through the bolt hole, and it had to be removed by tapping with a hammer and screwdriver. As of yet, China has not announced whether it is considering the request. After a lot of work and hard effort, the made cart was no longer the same. Despite a little rust on one tube, at least a few spots of the finish got scratched by oxidation in transit. There have been no problems with the cart during its lifetime, neither will it be affected by the above issues, however I did take one superstar's rating for its less than ideal quality.
It's strong and extremely flexible, but I need an extra handle so I can take control, and it's a little heavy with the wheels attached, but it's also very easy to assemble because it rolls so easily. I don't have big hands; however, small.
Based on their reviews, they bought two more. The boxes were damaged after they were delivered. A couple bolts and washers were loose inside, and several had been taken away. Parts that have not been found. It is simple to assemble despite the lame instructions. I used the same sockets for the tire bolt assembly as they provided (with a 9/16 socket and ratchet for assembly). I also used 13mm sockets for the arm bolts. The build quality and durability appear satisfactory. Neither will be used for upstairs nor downstairs drywall. Excellent value for your money.
Paint was soaked in blistering/peeling all through after arriving right out of the box. As a percentage, about 50% of metal parts are similar. The frames have a rusty tone, and the enamel over it appears to be purchased cheaply from a enamel firm. In my opinion this is not particularly high-performance, but if I did want a rusted/trashy looking cart it's something I'd buy on Craigslist for half what this one costs. It does have paint, but this cart is a total gem. I have many Gyptool products, and this is one of them.
