Apart from the frustration, the stilts are of good quality for the price, and my overall impression of them was as follows: I put them together (which took about an hour because the bolts were super tight), tried to put them on, realized they wouldn't fit my very thin legs and were also too heavy for me to use, disassembled them, and returned them to the box. Because of their weight and the fact that they didn't fit the shape of my leg, I was never able to walk in them. It was understandable given my frailty and lack of physical strength. br>br>However, the return policy states that no refunds will be given if the stilts have been worn or damaged. This is understandable. I didn't, however, make use of them. I put them together, tried standing in them on an indoor surface, and then took them apart again. The product was in perfect condition with no scratches, dings, or damage. Despite this, I received an email informing me that "the product has been installed or used, as determined by inspection. " This item is no longer available for purchase, and it will not be replenished. This is something for which we will not be able to provide a refund. " So. If you put the product together to see if it fits, you can't return it because it's disassembled? "Do you need it resent to you?" was followed by "Do you need it resent to you?" Your response is required. The product will be destroyed if we do not receive a response within 48 hours. "It seems a bit wasteful to throw away a product that is free of flaws. And it seems a little excessive to use that as a threat in order to keep your money from being completely lost. br>br>And on top of that, I got a follow-up call. I received a follow-up email stating that my refund had been processed. of $0. They gave me a 99-cent refund with the words "Goodwill Refund" written on it. That's downright offensive. For a $90 product, it's a good deal. To me, it doesn't matter if it's 99 or not. I would have felt better if they had simply refused my refund and moved on, but the absurdity of slapping pennies in my face after refusing to refund me on a product I didn't even use was a slap in the face. br>br>So, in general, the stilts are not bad stilts. They're a little heavy, which is a good thing because it means they're well-made; however, if you want to return them, God help you. Consider yourself stuck with them once you've purchased them. Make certain that you truly desire or require stilts.

My husband said, "Considering I've never been on stilts before, I have nothing to compare these to, they were great!" br>I can't say anything negative about them. br>They were able to withstand my 220 pound weight. I'm a size 12 and my foot is a size 12 as well. br>I had no prior experience with them and could only walk on them while clinging to them. I still need more practice to be able to walk around freely in open spaces. However, if you have ceiling joists to cling to, this is a different story. They're fantastic! LOL".

Setup and walking on this mat is simple. When extended all the way up, it's a little more difficult.
