Lights like this are amazing! No matter how it's attached to a hood, because of the magnetic clips or the telescoping arm, it keeps it firmly in place. By using the low setting, I'm able to get about 6 hours of run time from it. There is good quality in this product. My truck probably needs something I'd spend $300 or more on. Lights like this will make you happy! I would recommend this to anyone!.

Think I should buy tools because my wife encouraged me to do so? The proof is in the pudding. A brief update The only thing I don't like about it is how difficult it is to use without the cradle that When the earth rotates on its axis it falls over as it stands on its end. I would like to be able to stand the lamp on its end and light my work area, but it's so narrow on the ends that I can't do that. As far as I know, I don't use it for what it was intended for. I would love to see it with a little base or something so I can easily stand it up.

This new version of the Neiko under hood light is not my first time having it. I have the older version, too. According to me, the new bracket is much nicer than the old one. These lights are hands down a GREAT purchase, the newer ones are slimmer and lower profile. There is a lot of light coming out. As for the lights themselves, they are of high quality. A drop or a hit will not cause them to crack or break. They actually flex a bit. Aside from the charger, there is no downside to the tablet. There is a corded version of this light as well, so you won't just need it for cordless use. Nevertheless, the charger and cord are flimsy Chinese models that you'd expect as part of a bargain I would appreciate it if the cord and charger were of a more commercial The floor covering should have real insulation and be able to withstand being on the floor. However, the light itself is not a "con" in my eyes - it is just what it is. For the price, it is almost impossible to sell. The answer is in the affirmative when you ask if it is worth it. This item is for sale. I also have an older Neiko hand held light as well as the newer one. I also believe that those are THE BEST you're likely to find for the money. Many of these lights are from more expensive cordless platforms, but I own hundreds of them. My favorite Neikos are still the Neikos.

I bought this about 6 months ago, and it seemed to work fine for a while. The last time I tried to turn it on, the led lights only came on at a low brightness. No matter how long I charge it, it never lights up properly when it's powered by battery. When I plug it in, it's bright, but it doesn't work correctly when it's powered by battery. The product lasted about a year for the price I paid. I expected it to last longer. I am checking into the warranty info right now, not sure if it can be returned.

We've found this to be much better than the previous one we were using, which had double the price. In fact, the spring loaded clips HELP hold the lights in place in the vehicle, making them much easier to operate. When comparing new to new, the battery life of the new model is much longer than that of previous models. What I love most about this phone is the charging port! It is quite distinct from every other device we have tried, which has flimsy/weak plastic charging ports that are constantly pulled out or damaged (yes, our crew may be a bit rough), but this one is solid. No doubt, I will order another one in the near future!.

Excellent lamp for the price. I use it every day at work and it's a wonderful feature to be able to open hoods from this lamp. There is no problem with them if they have a smooth surface to contact because the light doesn't fall under its own weight. I have some trust issues with them, but as long as they are strong and large, I do not worry. Worked great underneath for the framework as well. There is never a need to plug in the unit while working since it can last about 3 to 4 hours on battery power.

It's great to have LED lights around when you want to light up an area. When you work on cars in your garage it just seems as if you are never able to get enough light into the engine compartments no matter how much lighting you have. we are with this device. What can we expect from it? I think it is quite strong and sturdy. It has no springs that will crush your hood, however with the fine detail of adding rubber to the hooked ends this work light is a great addition to any car enthusiast. Also, the lighting is great, I have used it on various car projects and for my work. Despite working until 1am daily, I managed to work until the early hours of the morning. I lost track of time and just kept working and working because I saw things so easily. Obviously, I was wiped out the next day, but I got the job Any mechanic who works on cars should have this book. Quite pricey, but quality does come at a price when it comes to art. This makes working on my cars easier and I am happy to have bought it. You can't work on a night off. I hope that you will like this, though.
