Is it easy to clog up these probes when inserting them into and/or through duct-board for temperature readings ?

They can certainly do this - the best thing to do is to make a hole first with a screwdriver or awl. Using the probe to make the hole isn't a good idea. As long as the hole has been made, I haven't had trouble with the probe clogging up once it has been inserted.

The apple job link app on my iPhone today supports JL3RH. Will it work on iOS 5? What other devices need to be connected in order to use ?

A fascinating product

I bought two of these (they are wireless psychrometers) and after updating the firmware, they work exceptionally Designed and manufactured in the factory. It is possible to set them up as data loggers as well. However, there is one issue with the miner, which is the maximum temperature. It can only reach 140F, which is not convenient if you want to measure heat modes.

Having the ability to quickly glance at the results would be extremely useful.
