You should take pictures of the disassembled unit before you do it. Assembly of new part should be done in the same way as installation of the old one. Make sure you watch a YouTube video before hand to get an idea of what you're replacing

Do you know if this product can be installed on an older Dometic with a dual cap and improve performance?

Increasing the start power of the compressor will be achieved by this device. The system will not perform better with that, but it is a good thing nonetheless. My use of them, however, remains the same.

Do you think it will work on a 4 ton Goodman ?

The answer is yes, I have it in my 4 ton goodman unit.

Do you know if this will work with a 90000btu mini split AC?

A capacitor was added to the compressor to kick-start it after it had frozen up and wouldn't start. When I turned it on, it made a big lurch and worked correctly. After that, things began to go much more smoothly. I would have spent a lot more money without this capacitor. In addition, I plan to install one in my 5000 btu window AC so that I can use a little generator powered by a gallon of gas to start it and run it for ten hours.

I have tested this unit and it My experience in HVAC for thirty years convinced me that start capacitors produce the best results

In order to prevent problems with my condenser, I replace it every two or three years. You can't count on them being there For the dual run capacitor, it is the same as for the single run For less than thirty bucks, you can solve a problem. Do not turn on the power until you have turned it off. You cannot make a second fatal mistake.

We already have hot weather here in Georgia so every year I have to upgrade my air conditioning kick starter. I usually buy the Supco brand, so I decided to try this one. The first one didn't even work, so I installed the second one and thank god it worked.
