I lost the ability to seal completely with my vacmaster. Apparently sealing wire can also go bad! *Br/>I had no idea! When I looked at them, they looked completely fine to me. It took a while to get the new wire, but once it arrived I installed it easily. I have had my Vac master VP112 for years. This seal is perfect, and I would even say it's better than the original that was never sealed. If I am going to have to buy a new vacuum I am going to save $800 if I spend $10.
