According to the cardboard around the unit, I thought it said which side went out.

Initially, I wanted to address some of the concerns raised by others, but the powers that be advised me to focus on the product, so that is what I will do. The 14x18x1 filters have been working for me for years without any problems As they were the only ones available locally, we had no choice but to buy them It is recommended that you change your filters every three months (or less often). My breathing is much better now that I am not inhaling anything that has been collected by this filter and baking soda does seem to work. It is recommended.
In the first instance, there was a packaging and shipping issue, the filters were not properly protected and three of them weren't presentable, so I remailed them It was my goal to shape them as well as possible. A second problem is that these filters are made with baking soda for odor control, and even though this does seem to control odor, excessive amounts of white dust are released by the baking soda, and this builds up quickly all over the home. The filters I am using require me to dust my house every day if I continue to use them! I stopped having the trouble with dust as soon as I changed to a filter that did not contain baking soda.
The one thing I am most thrilled about is that this was the first purchase I have made from Amazon for a size filter of 14x18x1 and really fast delivery The product was delivered as expected. In other words, the stock picker should be rewarded for providing excellent service to customers.
need to invest in good filters if you want them to work. The smell of my home is better, I have to dust less, etc. The A/C filters that are a number 4 aren't going to last and if you buy them you will throw away your money. These are a number 8 filter and they will depend on how clean your ducts are. What a fantastic set of pictures!.
I am not sure why it is not working. I would not go beyond every other month even though it states a 90 day rate. Whenever I can, I like to purchase four packs at a time. A thought came to mind regarding recurring deliveries. There has been a decline in shipping rates from Amazon. Even though the two outside filters were crushed, they were still useful to me, As for the recurring option, I opted out of it because I didn't wish to have them crushed on a regular basis.
Considering both their quantity and quality, these were really good deals. It was as described, which meant they fit perfectly. The smell was refreshing as well. The area I live in has 1400 square feet and 3 pets. In terms of air quality improvement over time, I am excited to see how this will affect the 1,100 square feet of living space. I would purchase this system again as of today.

Shipped in a timely manner but UPS damaged the packaging and caused significant damage to the filters. They do an excellent job of eliminating odors after being duck taped to the cold air return on my furnace.
