Aside from some minor flaws, this product has worked fairly well. Having subscribed, I get them and replace them when they appear. The user is not required to think or keep track. This filter did not work for us. I'm not sure if it was the filter backflow or if it is more powerful than most. We installed new frames after the frame collapsed, and the air conditioner made a loud noise. After they collapsed again, we put in new ones. Several filters, same size and model as before, but significantly more sturdy, were purchased at Costco for the price of one.
