The filter is excellent. My HVAC specialist advised me to use the 1000 as it incorporates a balance of air flow and cleanliness to keep the air within my system clean. Pros - Dust, cat hair, dander and dander collected (three cats)* - The duration of the event is between 2-6 weeks Brought to you by 3 months There is a direct arrow pointing in the direction of where to place the filter (arrow directed at the furnace)

Cons- The filters are not individually wrapped (unused filters are stored in the garage where they can get dirty prior to use)

There is a reason why this is 6 stars! It gets 5 stars from me! This is the fourth step. 5 is a pretty good rating, I rate it as a 5. In the last few days, I have had a new central air unit installed, and I forgot to install a new filter. Due to my 3 dogs at home, and my severe sinusitis (I had 2 surgeries to open it), I do all I can to breathe easier. In the morning, when I got up, I found I had a sinus infection. I tried using a Honeywell air purifier and had problems sleeping. This old filter should be updated! The new ones arrived today, so I came right home and put the old ones out. (covered in layers of dust and hair and whatever else)* I then put the new ones in. I'm feeling good after I've had a good five Within six hours, the air is easier to breathe, as well as the house has a better smell. Here is where I am going from now on! There is just a fresh and clear feeling in the air. I was very happy with the price, and the filter was excellent.

A couple of weeks after the filter was installed, I found that it had been sucked into the top of the In theory, it'd be a fluke if I was able to pull it down and take it out and put the next one in. I checked it again the next day and it was the same. While these 3M brand adhesive strips are supposed to be the same ones I purchase from Home Depot, the ones I bought from home depot do not seem to be frail and I never had this problem before. It has happened to me once, so you won't be seeing This is absolutely NOT a good idea.

It's the same spec as the N95 3 microns! 3M makes this product as well. What are the chances of this happening by chance? This filter can be found at Lowe's. When unfolded, the 16" measures 80" so I bought a 16x30 in that size. Making the masks is a simple process if you have a standard 9x9" curve. The average time per session is 10 minutes. If you are using a soft wire for the nose bridge, install a 5" wire. The items can be made to look as if they were sewn on and/or glued together. They were so popular that we gave a bunch We are making them at our church.

The filter density scores a 5 out of 10, when rated on a scale of 1 to 10. My opinion is that this is a very good thing. It's possible that your HVAC system will work harder to draw in air when you purchase the most expensive filters that are very dense and solid. Despite the fact that they filter out what you expect, air is still allowed to flow freely through them. The filters on my computer are changed every monthly throughout the summer months, and as necessary during the winter Changing your filters more often will be needed if your windows are older, which allows more particles to enter your home. I have used the cheap filters, the one that you wash when dirty, and the one that you wash when they are dirty. Replace with new. At this point, these are the ones I prefer.

The real deal is not like this. I wonder if this is a real 3M product, since the quality is very different from that of the one I got from here. If this is a real 3M product, then they have a quality control problem- Make up your own mind.

On top of my water heater is a strip of cardboard. There was a warning on it saying not to buy these. I don't know how this works for another brand. It was difficult to remove a partially collapsed filter from the duct when I used that brand, as the cardboard frame would soften. As a result, large amounts of dust fell off in the duct and was blown back into the home. 3M/Filtrete now uses these cheap cardboard frames that make removing the filter nearly impossible, which is why the filters must be reinstalled every time an upgrade is needed It is causing dust to accumulate There are two vinyl strips on top of my water heater that read DO NOT BUY THESE. At the moment, I am looking for a different brand. Filtrete is also written on one of them.

In addition to that, our air conditioner did not work. The air is not so cold and the flow is low. I have a son who is employed in the heating & cooling industry. We should change the filter, as suggested by the cooling field. Then I went to Amazon & I found what I wanted Filters ordered in alphabetical order. After two days they came and I put in a new one. What a difference. In addition to having stronger air flow, it also is colder & The display stays on for a shorter period of time than it used to. WINDOW FILTERS NEED TO BE CHANGED! The good things in life are derived from it.
