It was a straightforward process to replace it There is exactly one pin for each pin. You may want to hold the bottom of the board with either thick gloves or the reverse side of the bubble wrap it came with as the pins on the bottom may pinch you. Resulted in success! The furnace draft inducer was stuck on constantly and would not allow the pressure switches to be toggled. I checked the pressure switches, and they all worked fine.
