Questions & Answers

Are the wires just needed to be connected or does anything need to be soldered?

You just need to plug the wires in. Make sure that you do one wire at a time so that the wires don't get

The LennoxLB implementation should work Does 90676 work?

It is likely this module is appropriate if your furnace is 10 years old or older.

Do you know of anyone who had an issue with the blower motor not coming on in automatic mode and if this board fixed the issue?

There was a problem with my Lennox furnace. It did not have a blower in auto mode while it could be run by hand. The ICM289 board was changed and the problem was fixed. If you must disconnect a wire, take pictures of its connections and label it as you do so, especially the thin thermostat wires on the When the thermometer showed no air conditioning, I found that it was the transformer that powered the board. I fixed it, and so far, everything seems to be working as it should. Thank you. I hope this was helpful.

This will replace the 4598, right?

Hopefully I'll get back to you later

I saved $700 by spending 15 minutes
5/5

It happened after we tripped the circuit breaker on our furnace (Lennox Whisper Heat G20), and thereafter, the blower would not come on automatically, but would turn on when we set the thermostat to "fan. ". As soon as the blower failed to spin up when it was in "heat" mode, it would light the burner and open the damper, but would then shut off. The furnace repair guy came out and said that it might be the blower control board, however it would cost $800 to fix, which he didn't recommend because of the age of the furnace, so he said to buy a new one instead. In exchange for his services, I paid him $100. It took me 15 minutes to replace this part myself after I ordered it, received it the next day, and installed it myself. As far as I can tell, furnace repair refers to furnace sales these days.

Thus far, everything seems to be going well

It is rare for me to trust anything I find online when it comes to things I need for my everyday The rest has to do with food, socks, etc. )

I bought this because my friend, who was the installer, could not even order this for two times the price of the ICM289 Furnace controller from his dealer. His friends are members of that group. He needed almost $1,000 with this part to fix my furnace, and the tech who came before him was even more expensive. With a half-hour diagnostic, one-hour installation, and this part, I paid $1,000.

Let me put it this way I asked my friend for assistance, along with buying this item on Amazon. Seven hundred dollars were saved! I talked to the installer and he said it was pretty much the same part. However, I was upset that I didn't purchase it I would have loved to have had it, but $275 without tax seems like a lot.

Everything is working perfectly It is easy to After diagnosing the Lennox Whisper Heat HVAC unit, I discovered that the circuit board was defective
5/5

Before I removed the wiring from the old damaged board and installed this new board in less than 10 minutes, I took a picture of the wires and then I relocated them It was easy to diagnose once I had located the issue. I paid $100 for a new board that works perfectly and was easy to install, as opposed to $700-$1000 for the old one The cost of HVAC service is $1,000.

I would recommend it 100% and without reservation to someone who is reasonably comfortable with electronics and home electrical work.

A fire broke out in the furnace. A technician is on the scene and determines that the board is I'm looking at around $700 to replace a 20 year old furnace with a new one. Here is an article I found I purchased the line on a Saturday night, and it was delivered on Sunday morning, and I was again up and running in 30 minutes. It took me only a few minutes to swap out each wire from the old board to the new one and mount it. Although it would have been a costly experiment even if it had worked, it was a reasonable wager because I could have saved.

I was very pleased with the results

With the new control board, you get a high-performance unit An electrical circuit of good quality. One day after ordering the new BCC circuit board, I received it on the next day, just as promised. As I removed the wires, I added labels to them so that the wires would be easier to identify when the board was replaced. I swapped out the old PCB with the new one, comparing the jumpers on both boards to make sure they were the same, then installed the new board. It worked fine. Despite its low cost, the new control board is a high-performance IO board My expectations were fully met by this quality circuit board.

A review of the Thermal Circuit card
5/5

This is an easy to install product. When I turned on the card for the first time, nothing happened. I am neither an electrician nor an HVAC technician, I just removed wires from the old one and installed them on the new one. There was a moment when I thought, oh crap, I messed I then reset the circuit breaker for one minute and turned it on again and everything worked just fine. The fan has been on for three days now on a day when it was as cold as I could stand it. Having my heater run as it should has made me very happy. Thank you for providing such a good.

I saved money with this product and it actually I won't say anything more about it

Document the board, taking pictures of all lead connections to the board and labelling each lead removed from the board. *Not an easy task to do within 15 minutes. Having a careful and methodical approach will likely take you an hour or more.

Savings of 750 dollars
5/5

A new furnace would cost $850 according to the furnace man. If you are going to spend such huge sums of money on one furnace, you might as well replace your 23 year old one. It's a waste of time. Before removing any wires, I took pictures of the old board, but they weren't the best and I didn't get it right right away. But with the wiring diagram and by tracing wires I was able to get it right the second time. I spent about an hour on the whole thing. I saved tons of money after that because it worked so well for me!.
