Do these parts have the same part number The number 31- Item number 01237 What is 0000?

Are you still using the old part? You should be able to locate

In the instructions, are there dip switch settings. There are 3 dip switches on the board for sale. Can a dip switch with 2 switches still work on my organization?

You should find the dip switch settings on the inside of the access cover, along with the wiring schematic. As far as I know, they are also in the Control Panel package that comes with it. When I installed mine, I did not have to change them. Thank you. I hope this was helpful.

Do you need to modify the wiring for this replacement unit, or is it a direct replacement?

As a direct replacement, this was what I needed. It is a very simple process to unplug the old wires and re-plug the new ones.

Are the parameters on this board related to the ignition of the gas or the pilot?

Part was a direct replacement for an even older ST9120C2002 in an old York gas stove Put them together

In the same manner as the old board, the new one plugged directly into the power supply. Upon comparing the two boards, I found that the old board has a green integrated LED light to use for diagnostics. However, it basically just indicates if the board is faulty internally & this was the only difference I noticed. Although the replacement does not have an LED, I think it is just plain silly to use one for a diagnosis of this basic level, so it is not missed at all. By the way, I am a professional HVAC technician (22 years experience at this point), and I have an important tip for professionals and businesses Getting rid of the plastic cover won't harm the board in any way. Neither 120v nor 240v appears to be a problem with this board The low voltage regulation (control) must be 24 volts ac when operating with 240v units.

You should take photos of the wiring before removing the old board, and read the instructions before removing the old board

Although it is not an exact fit, it is a good replacement for my burned out board

It took a little longer to arrive, but it was worth waiting for. There are no holes on this board which correspond to the anchor holes of the clip, unlike the original. It only took me a few minutes to cut off two tabs on the cover.
