My contractor installed it, which was a good thing because it's a little complicated, but it comes with all the parts you'll need for almost any installation. br>br>Advantagesbr>- LEDs emit a lot of light. br> There are no carbon filters to buy. Filters that have already been installed can be cleaned and replaced.
- I like that the light and fan can be controlled from both sides of the range hoodbr>- Touchless fan control is a nice feature. br>- The four fan speeds are excellent and far quieter than I anticipated.
- A remote control is a nice bonus featurebr>- In almost any kitchen setting, it looks elegantbr>- The customer service is outstanding. When I had a problem with the remote, they were quick to respond and send me a replacement that worked perfectly. Consbr>- br>br>- br>br>- br>br>- br>br>- b It's a little difficult to put together, but it's not impossible for a do-it-yourselfer. Make sure you have at least one, preferably two, extra hands to assist you.
- Installation instructions, particularly for sliding stainless steel duct covers, could be improved. Prepare to cut one to size; if you make a mistake, you'll be out of luck and will have to request a replacement duct cover.
- It's hit or miss when it comes to touchless fan controls. The fan does not appear to be controlled consistently by hand wave motion.
- It would be nice if there was a clock feature, but that isn't a deal breaker because most kitchens have plenty of clocks. br>br>Overall, this is a fantastic buy and a stunning range hood.

I ordered this slightly more expensive model after two failed attempts to receive a different brand vent hood. It arrived in excellent condition, with no damage to the box or the unit inside, and installation in our 10 foot ceiling kitchen was relatively simple for a new installation, and most importantly, the wife loves it! Until it reaches high speeds, the operation is quiet, and even then it won't interfere with conversation. The wave hand feature is a little awkward because you have to pass in front of both sensors to increase or decrease the fan, but it works as advertised. Because the drywall screws appear to be insufficient, I would recommend using additional mounting instruments. (I used molly bolts to hold a hastily constructed 2x4 brace. ) All- All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

The packaging is extremely secure. In May 2021, it was installed. It's been four months with no problems, and the suction is still good. We can deal with the noise. I really liked the four different fan settings. Furthermore, the electronic control panels are located on both sides of the building. This was an excellent addition. Maintain the cleanliness of the glass so that it always appears to be sparkling. The filters are machine washable, making them simple to maintain. It's simple to take them off and put them back on. Overall, this was an excellent purchase.

My expectations were exceeded by this island range hood. It has great led lights that can be turned on and off with a wave of the hand, manually or with a remote control, and it gives it a great modern look. It can hold a plastic bag against the vents when set to high. On high, it makes some noise, but on low, it works perfectly and is completely silent.

We didn't find out for several weeks because the contractor wasn't able to install it. I contacted the company to request a replacement part, but they decided it would be best to credit the full amount rather than require the unit to be returned due to shipping costs and supply chain issues. I'd be happy to use the unit because it appears to be in good condition. I'll look for a metal company that can fabricate the part, but I'll probably have to buy a new hood. Very easy to work with and has a good command of the English language.

Because the unit was missing hardware, I went to a local hardware store and purchased them while the installer waited. My problem was satisfactorily resolved after I contacted the manufacturer's customer service department. It's very convenient to have controls on both sides, and the island hood appears to move a lot of air.

Well, I had a problem with this product in that I couldn't install a duct hood in my house. So I contacted the seller and attempted to return the item; the seller responded quickly, and I received a prompt refund. This seller has exceeded my expectations in every way.
