I received this item, though I had a defect in it. It was easy to put them on my washer and tighten It was found that the hot water hose was defective. The cold then hot water gushed out of the hose when I turned on the cold. Apparently, the leak did not originate from the tightened part but from the area where the hose connected to the screw on part. This is extremely To fix it instead of buying a new one, I had to get a friend to use different items that cost more money.
