In my coop, I have chickens that lay medium to large eggs and they fit fine, but one of them started laying extra large to jumbo eggs recently, and they won't fit without the lid. The lid did the trick. To keep them from cracking against the hard plastic, I also have to put something in the bottom to pad them. I started with paper towels and stopped when I had to use egg cartons. I cut up egg cartons and used the styrofoam cups. Also, I put the small side down so I can grab them easier, otherwise they fall to the ground when retrieved. This can be done perfectly as long as you do not mind doing all these things, because it stacks amazingly.
likely, it will crack as it is made of hard plastic and ice needs to have a little breathing room.
Do not purchase inexpensive items when you have to ask for them and when you're looking for things from China.

There is nothing wrong with this egg holder. It is a real challenge to take the If there was a slot for fingernails, it would be much better.
This is awesome. WELL, AN EGG LIKE THAT. There is a great deal of holding. This is a very sturdy container. The top of the container doesn't secure to the container according to some people. It really doesn't seem like such a big deal to me. Getting the container out of the closet doesn't require reaching through a hole in the lid the grips are on the container itself. If your hands aren't made of paper, you're grabbing the whole thing! It's much easier to store large eggs, since there's so much room! If you buy it at a store that sells extra large eggs, it can probably hold them!.
My handwashing was done before I used it. The fact that they help me clean and expand the light in my refrigerator is the greatest thing about them I just wanted to mention If I pushed them all the way back, it would be even lighter. As you can see in my before and after photos, I have them pulled all the way up front to show how they collect and distribute additional light though they block more of it. When you place the eggs in the cartons, I suggest placing the small sides down, as this will make it much easier for you to remove them. Some reviews said the bottom was holey - I believe this to be the case. There was none in any of the three egg holders I tested. Despite having a place that looked like it was used in the production process, it is all completely closed up now They are all straight and have no bends or other issues that would make them difficult to place In other words, I am guessing if others are experiencing problems, perhaps they are receiving counterfeits? I'm very happy I purchased these, since three of them hold more than five dozen, so I can use all of them at once. That means I can buy eggs when I have a few to spare! You should definitely check these out!.
As a pet chicken owner, I have several hens. It was great to see so many enthusiastic chickens! This year, they started laying eggs in excess, and I ended up with an overabundance of eggs. It would be helpful to have a storage solution in place It must be one that can be stored safely in the refrigerator. The tray I ordered was an ideal size for me, and after trying it, I decided to order can easily be washed by hand (they can't be put in the dishwasher). It is easy to store many eggs using them because they stack well. disadvantage is that the egg cups are hard plastic, so I was concerned that I might drop the eggs into the cup and crack How would I solve the problem? Each compartment of the incubator has padding in the bottom Cut a small square from a paper towel and fold it. This padding is just right and it works well. Last but not least Make sure the larger end is up when you put in the eggs. The process of removing them is made easier by this.
From my coworker's chickens, I get "real" organic eggs. I get a lot of messages, and I get a few as well. Having two of these trays has given me a lot of space for storage now. I like that these stack well and the lid does not seem to slide off on its own like the one that came with my refrigerator. This end has a lip that makes it easier for me to pull it off. In addition, the tray doesn't have enough height to allow you to stack eggs on top of each other (even if you tilt or turn them on their side), but this isn't a problem. There are a lot of large holes inside the eggs, but only 5% of the biggest eggs fit inside. This is the best egg tray I've ever seen.
The only thing that would make it an even 2 dozen eggs is if it held 3 more eggs. My fridge is small, and I get 5 dozen eggs at a time, so I was looking for something to organize, tidy, and make it easy to access the contents. They hold egg trays exactly the way they were intended to. This particular container is great because it has a lid, which maximizes storage They are stacked and I bought 3 of them. the fact that I can remove one tray as I finish it then replace it when I purchase I'm able to reach my eggs much more easily with this system, and as I use more I can remove the containers that are no longer needed. A large 5 dozen egg box takes up space, so it's easier to keep one smaller. The only negative point is that only 21 eggs can be stored. It would have been nice to have seen one more row to make it a full two Had it held 24 eggs, it would have gotten a higher rating. Apart from that, the program works well.
This would have worked well, however, there was a small plastic piece on the bottom of the container in the middle, which prevented it from lying flat/evenly, and caused it to As a replacement, I sent it back, thinking it must have been an accident, but the next piece I got was the same.
Getting something else would be a better choice.
