The burner won't sit correctly in them because there are small sections for the eye itself. As long as you place them in a place where they will stay flat, they are easier to clean than aluminum stove tops because the paint glaze on them is the same as the stove glaze. You won't have to replace them every time you turn around because they wear out just from normal use. The stains will persist despite your best efforts. The only thing I would have loved is if they had been a little bit larger so they would fit more comfortably.
My dislike for this was that I didn't realize my stove needs two large and two small pieces, and I didn't realize the large size should have been eight inches in diameter, and the small pieces It turned out to be just a huge waste of money for me. However, I neglected to pay attention and I was responsible for what happened.
