It was easy to install this one since it is very sturdy and I did not have any difficulties replacing my old one for this I was very satisfied with the shipping and purchased the item even though it was a little pricey.
When I received it, it was cracked. My first step was to make sure it would fit before exchanging. There were the same numbers on the replacement but it did not My flight was delayed, so I had.
It seems sturdy enough to replace the old one. Please make sure that you replace the old filter with a new one of the same size.
Deliveries of this product were prompt and seemed to match the seller's descriptions.
A lint filter like this appears to be a good fit. When installed, I am not sure the seal works as well as the part from the manufacturer. Compared to the manufacturer's part, the felt seal isn't as thick. The mesh is very taut, with less flexibility compared to the original part. It will be interesting to see how it works out in the long run.
It had a broken filter when I purchased it as a used dryer. I replaced the dryer filter for less than $20, and it made a used dryer look as if it was brand It isn't as easy as it looks to get the filter in a bit of elbow grease is necessary. It will probably be able to flex a little more as time passes. The fact that the filter won't let all of the lint gather in the dryer vent is exciting to me.
