Is this part compatible with the Tappan tef351ewj model?

I'm not sure. The only suggestion I have is that you take out one of the elements and compare it to the image. It was necessary for me to do so. Mine is an old, old stove that we found in the garage when we first moved in. It's still functional, and I use it for canning and Thanksgiving turkey preparation.

Is this compatible with the 13-inch tap pan cooktop? 2629?

This is a standard plug-in burner element with an 8" diameter. It should work if you've got a plug-in element.

It's a standard size 6 and 8 inch, I believe. Look up Tappan and order those; that's what I did and it worked out perfectly.

Element for heating the burner

The size and fit of the Burner Heating Element were ideal. I've gotten out of it with no problems. It was a great replacement at a fair price. Because most appliances have such a short lifespan, I am glad that Amazon has stepped in to fill the void and eliminate the middleman, allowing the product to be much more cost effective, and I would recommend it to anyone who requires one. BUY THIS ITEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The coating on the heating elements started peeling off almost as soon as they were installed. The stove and the drip pan were covered in a dark grey powder. I'm not sure what the coating is, but it's not something you'd want on your plate! I took the faulty element to a local appliance repair shop and purchased a proper replacement (Frigidaire) for a few dollars more. So far, the new replacement hasn't caused me any issues. The following is a lesson learned: Replacement parts aren't all the same. Save time and money by purchasing the correct item the first time. Four other customers gave it five stars, so either the distributors changed or I got a lemon.
