Is it the XL size? It should have a circumference of more than 4 inches. ?

I'm not sure what size this cap is, but it should fit both the front left and right sides of your head.

What's on the other side of the coin? Is it equipped with the four stems/legs?

On the backside, it has four stems/legs; we purchased it in November 2020 and it has performed admirably.

I use it for what it was designed for, but it arrived damaged and poorly constructed. Since China purchased General Electric home appliances, it has been garbage, and I will never buy another one.

Paint flaw, as described

OEM, perfect fit, as described. The underside paint job was flawed, but it should not affect performance (it may cause rust or corrosion in the future).

It has a matte finish rather than a glossy one

The product is well-suited to my stove's burner and performs admirably. The only thing I didn't realize was that this cap has a matte black finish, whereas my old cap had a glossy black finish.
