Exactly what I needed for my Cuisinart 4 cup coffee pot. There is no need to pay for disposable filters ever It will fit perfectly inside as well if you prefer to use a paper filter. Despite its small size, it folds away into a tiny handle. Even when the temperature is high, it makes removing the spent grounds very easy. One of the things I cannot live without is this simple appliance. We're doing our part for the environment. I don't think it could get better than this. I use one level scoop per cup with the little scoop, which makes the perfect.

This is a poorly made item that does not fit well

Unfortunately, it didn't fit the coffee pot very well and is flimsy and cheap. Having to change filters frequently is annoying, which is why I wanted a permanent filter. There was no benefit to my coffee maker from this one.

A very short period of time is all it lasts

At first, the mesh came out of the bottom of the filter, then came out of both sides, then came out of The eight month duration was not long enough for me, but I assume it should last longer. The only coffee I drink each day is one cup.
