Their luggage was confiscated at the airport. I mean it. Apparently these filters can be used for more than what I thought I bought them for when I bought them. I don't know what they imagined I would do with these filters on the plane. When these are used, the BEST coffee is created. The coffee from Vietnam.
These were purchased as a gift for my husband and come with helpful instructions on how to steep them. The grind (coarseness) that is right and how much to tamp down the beans take practice to get the drip-free dripper to work right It just takes some practice, but it is well worth it. I am impressed by how good the results are.
Don't worry about fancy filters, they don't need to be hard to use. Trung Nguyen coffee is a good pairing. Go for a course grind if you are grinding your own.
This Vietnamese coffee maker makes great coffee.
The Cafe Sua Da that is located in a local Vietnamese restaurant is really great. Iced coffee is something I love and crave, so I had to figure out how to do With just a few minutes of internet research, I found these filters (and some super easy recipes). * The construction quality of the filters is outstanding, and the gravity filters make drinks just as well as screw type filters, but they're faster and easier to prepare. They have made dozens of batches for me, and I've never encountered a problem with ground coffee here. Having a high grade point average is important to me The quality espresso machine I have been using is easy to use, and I find making Cafe Sua Da delicious with it. Only flaw I see with the 8oz filters is that they only make about 6 oz Having said that, I personally prefer more, so I found myself setting this filter to the maximum. In all likelihood, I'll replace them with the 11oz version only if I consume a lot of coffee. This product meets my needs in every other aspect.
While I find the filter dripping slow-moving, I do enjoy watching it. With this filter, I believe you can make coffee more efficiently than with a modern machine. In addition to hating pressure cookers, I also dislike them.
