There is still no information on where the filter was actually made on the label of my box, which states only made in Germany

A total of four filters should have been received in two sets. There is nothing but rip-off going on here.

It was my mistake to think I would be given two boxes of two filters each. The box has two filters, but in reality it is only one. A description of the Cuisinart Replacement Charcoal Water Filters (Set of 2) (1) can be found on Amazon. The fact that it contains only 2 filters in only 1 box makes this product not worth the price and I won't purchase it again when there are.

It was a damaged product when I received it

It was destroyed upon receipt. As the box and the filters both appeared crushed, they were also crushed. These are brand new Cuisinart products, and they were more expensive than other Cuisinart products offered by Amazon.

I received my filters smashed in a matter of minutes. Both ends of the box were opening as if it had been trampled upon. I didn't even think about it. Here we are with American made filters from Cuisinart that I paid much more for.
