As of now, I have a CBC-model There's no need to get another carafe when this one is perfect with my Cuisinart 12-cup A coffeemaker that makes cups of coffee.
Amazon's listing indicates that it is 1x1x1 inches, but I'm inclined to believe Scott's answer is closer to the truth.
The answer is yes! In order to find out your answer, I had to dig out my instruction book and replacement accessory form.
The model I have is the same as the one you have, I confirmed.
Selected User Reviews For Cuisinart 12-Cup Replacement Glass Carafe, Black, 12 Cup
The carafe was purchased as a replacement for one that was cracked. The first half is exactly the same as the second half- The way it drips all over the counter when you pour coffee is quite disgusting! Basically, I do 2 things to determine if the dribbles are due to my actions. VERY fine sandpaper (220 grit) should be used to remove the seam left over from the manufacturing process from the underside of the carafe. To seal the underside of the lip, apply a thin layer of clear silicone sealant. By doing this, the surface tension that causes the coffee to drip is broken.
At first, I thought I would be getting the same carafe as the one I originally purchased but it was made in China, as you can see by the photo, while the original, as you can see by the photo, was manufactured It is this difference in quality that makes the difference. I discovered that soap got trapped between the glass and the plastic rim of the new carafe as I cleaned it. It has a clear gasket on the German-made carafe that prevents the water from seeping through, but the Chinese-made carafe has a hole in which soap seeps, causing little by little, bursts of steam. Definitely not a good thing.
The coffee maker is compatible with this one, and it fits in our Cuisinart coffee maker perfectly.
This Cuisinart coffee maker was my replacement for a Braun appliance that failed within two months and whose Braun carafe broke at the same time. Since the Cuisinart has been in operation for a year, it has brewed at least 300 times with no problems. The coffee maker has been able to meet the request every morning. The carafe seems much more reliable as well, but I agree with the review who said NOT to put it in the dishwasher and I would add to wait until it has cooled down before washing it in the sink. Counter tops made of granite are never friends of glass it is just too easy to take a tumble on the edge of the counter top or when putting it down, resulting in a As for glass carafe replacements, I'm beginning to imagine the manufacturers are finding yet another source of income. The reason for not seeing metal versions is that they don't correspond. A Cuisinart replacement for the 1200 series is available from Amazon for $20 with free shipping if you have Prime. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, even the next day, it is always best to get a spare, as we cannot tolerate no coffee in the morning for any length of time.
After replacing our 7 year old carafe with a new one, the new one sprung a leak after just a little over Yet this carafe is worthless despite the fact that we are not careless or rough with our possessions. Does it seem as though the glass has a defect or something went wrong when it was manufactured? My knowledge of this incident is that it was NOT caused by user abuse or I guess I will have to put down some more shekels for yet another carafe because the return period has passed. I would acquire a stainless steel carafe if one could be made specifically for my machine. My relationship with Cusinart's will come to an end if this one becomes defective.
The only replacement carafe I could find for my Cuisinart coffee maker prompted me to rate it five stars. I am replacing this probably for the third time. I broke all of my other bottles while I washed them in my sink without using the rubbery pad that would have prevented this. That aside, let me continue. So I bought two this time so I would have one on hand when the next one breaks. I just wanted to let you know While you are waiting for your new carafe to arrive, you can use a quart mason jar with the lid of your new carafe. Grabbing a mason jar of just the right height is just what you need. During the next few days, it will get somewhat hot, but that is to be expected. I am very pleased with the packaging of the seller and the timely delivery- I am merciful.
Hamilton Beach, for some unknown reason, does not make replacements of the Flexbrew carafe, or at least they are not in stock at the time of this review. I purchased this to replace the Hamilton Flexbrew cup that broke. You can see the uploaded pictures here. In addition, the carafe will not reach the spout stop, as it would fit on the heating plate but not reach the spring stopping. It is definitely possible to rig this, but I am not suggesting you do it. Because the way I rigged it, when I remove the carafe, the coffee will continue to flow, not drip. I wanted to let you know what I did (my instructor made me tell you that). If you take the spring stop completely out, you can allow the precious ground to soak for a bit. This was an awfully fast downpour, you gotta give it time. Then I clipped a piece of the spring to make it look like a key ring for the filter stop, FIGURE A. In terms of the flow of the coffee, it is the same as before, but it still cannot be removed or the coffee will As long as Hamilton doesn't come up with an alternative, this will work for me. I appreciate your help! Stay safe out there! Thank you!.
A previous reviewer, however, noted that, regardless of what the instructions say to the contrary, NEVER USE THE DISHWASHER TO WASH IT. It won't take the heat, so water will leak from under the plastic when you pour the coffee because of the seal between the plastic and the glass. This is an annoyance, but it is Additionally, it is important to know that the markings on the side of the glass will wear off over time. When the markings on the side of the glass were no longer readable, It is a Cuisinart coffee maker and pot that we love, but now the pot must be hand washed.
