I had to take mine off to dry, which was a pain. I no longer have to remove my boots because I use boot dryers.
The boot size was consistent with previous ski boots I'd owned. I'm a 42-year-old American woman who wears a size 9 in the United States. The European Union has five members, while the United States has twenty-seven. With medium-thickness socks, a rating of 5 was appropriate.

The Scarpa T4 boots are a fantastic pair of boots that provide comfort, warmth, and excellent control. These boots are extremely well-made and have provided me with many hours of backcountry skiing pleasure. The Scarpa T4s are an excellent choice.
I really like these boots; they're perfect!.
These are my second pair of scarpa's, and I love them even more.
The boots were delivered on time and in perfect condition. I was concerned about how they would perform on a tour, but I took them out for two days in Yellowstone and found them to be relaxed and in command. They're a little more difficult to put on than the other Scarpa boots I have.
I used them on a trip out west for some spectacular backcountry fun for about a week, and they arrived on time. Boots delivered exactly what I had hoped for. great!.
These boots are exactly what I was looking for. They're a great combination of backcountry and telemark ski boots. Moosejaw provided this item. The liner was worn in and there were a few scuffs on it. The liner was breaking in nicely; packing out a ski boot can be painful at times, but we skipped that step here. br>br>It was great for skinning up small hills and across flat terrain. However, it's stiff enough for the odd alpine turn and repeated tele turns in hard, icy snow.
br>br>I had been having a lot of trouble controlling my skis for the past few years - With my old soft crosscountry boots and Karhu Spire BCs (with Voile 3 pin cable bindings). For a long time, I was under the impression that my skis were simply too powerful for my abilities. I finally invested in some hard shell boots, and they've made a huge difference. Now I'm in command, confident, and secure. They're also fairly adjustable and comfortable. Scarpa, thank you for restoring my control.
I thought I made a big mistake when I first took them out of the box. They're bulky and unyielding. They weren't very comfortable when I tried them on. However, I decided to give them a try anyway, and I'm glad I did. They felt perfect right away, and I've had them for a long time. I ski a lot of steep up and down hiking trails on my wide metal edged xc skis, and they're fantastic. From the start, it was a perfect fit and kept me nice and warm. There are no blisters or hot spots, and I'm comfortable all day. The control is excellent, and I feel much more stable. I also spend a lot of time pulling a chariot with my daughter, and having a little more stability with such valuable cargo is nice. Anyone who skis in the backcountry would benefit from these.
