A good chart for measuring and sizing can be found on the hestra website. A rough guideline is that a size 9 is a large, an 8 is a medium, and so on.
Hestra, in my opinion, runs on the small side. I'd go with an eight.
It's a liner with five fingers.
There are no "models" in my opinion. " Every year, the design is the same.

PRO: The craftsmanship of Hestra is excellent. I've had two pairs (these HeliSkis and a pair of Guide gloves) for over a season now. I ski 40- Season length is 50 days. Excellent materials and workmanship. These will, without a doubt, last for many years. br>br>CON: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is not the place They don't seem to be very warm. I will admit that I suffer from cold hands and toes. I have a variety of gloves and mittens to suit the weather. I find that I can't wear these without using heater packs when the temperature drops below 20 degrees F. I even purchased a new Hestra liner in the "Lobster" configuration (same as the outer glove, with individual thumb and index finger, and the remaining three fingers in a single mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten-style mitten such as a wallet It's made of the same glove-like material as the original liner. I, too, am a fan of the liner. 5 fingers in total) I just returned from a five-day ski trip in temperatures in the mid-twenties. During the day, teenagers My hands were warm all day for the first four days because I was wearing my new Leki mittens. After three runs with the Hestra, my index finger (the separate, exposed finger) was frozen. br>br>My point is that if you have cold hands, don't expect these to be the silver bullet. To keep your hands toasty warm, use a bullet solution. They are a well-made glove that can be used by a wide range of people - Just don't hold your breath for a nuclear-weapons-weapons heated by electricity br>br>FWIW- If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "original" and Worse yet are the Guide gloves. Below about 25 degrees F, I can't stand them.
However, I do have some concerns about them, as well as some things to keep in mind. br> When I first received these, I was blown away by how nice they looked and felt. The liners on the inside are warm but breathable, preventing your hands from becoming sweaty. The synthetic exterior has a high quality feel to it and appears to keep water out. The leather is nice, but the quality of some of the pieces seemed to be lower than one would expect for a pair of gloves that cost $140. One of my gloves was fine, but the other had two pieces of leather that appeared to be worn and felt thin, making me concerned about Hestra's quality control. One thing to keep in mind about the leather is that it needs to be conditioned with a leather balm, which comes in a small packet with the gloves. If you have light leather, this balm will leave streaks and darken it slightly, though after the first application, the streaking was much less noticeable. br> So I guess the question is whether or not $140 is a good deal for these gloves. I've only had these gloves for a short time, so I can't say for sure how long they'll last, but I don't think I'd pay full price for them. Yes, they're warm, and yes, they look and feel nice, but you can get a glove that's nearly as good for half the price, and you might even prefer it because caring for leather is a pain. This is a mixed review because I adore these gloves and recommend them to anyone looking for the best of the best. However, because these are much more expensive than a standard glove, I'm not sure I'd recommend them to the average person. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative The photos in this review were taken after a single application of the leather balm.
The removable fleece liners provide just the right amount of warmth, while the outer shell repels water. They have drawstrings to keep the snow out of your hands and wrist leashes to keep them from falling off. The leather is also very supple and not stiff at all, allowing you to use your hands to clip bindings, zip zippers, adjust goggles, and so on. Best mitts I've ever owned, and likely the last pair I'll ever have to buy. This book comes highly recommended.
This pair of gloves has been fantastic. I've tried a lot of different mitts and other accessories over the years, and these are by far the best; I've never worn a pair of mitts that were more insulating or breathable than these. They've found the sweet spot where they'll keep you warm while not making you sweat, which is unusual in gloves and mitts. They will not crack or become wet if you take care of the leather (apply leather balm every few trips, just google it). They're also extremely water resistant. They're not perfect, but they're pretty close. Instead of these trigger finger mits, I think you should get the mittens. If it's extremely cold outside, the single finger can become cold. Also, the leather will darken over time (in my case, after a whole season), but I'm sure you could clean them to make them look brand new for the most part, and the leather can hold rust if you hold your board's edge for an extended period of time. These are minor flaws in comparison to how great these are. As I previously stated, I would prefer the mittens if I were to purchase another Hestra glove, but these are excellent performers. Overall, it was well worth the money to not have to worry about wet gloves after a long day, not to mention the comfort. 10/10 would recommend.
These gloves were a gift from my husband last year. He is a big fan of them. After battling it out with all of my other expensive gloves and ending up with cold, wet hands while snowboarding, I decided to give them a try this year. I haven't been let down. They're absolutely incredible. The wet time for these gloves is significantly longer. They go over a variety of coat cuffs a lot better. They have an elastic leash that comfortably fits over your wrist, allowing you to take them off and on without fear of dropping them. When I was boarding on a hot, sunny day, that came in handy; I could get on the lift, pull them off while riding to the top to cool off my hands, and then slide them back on before exiting. I've got 3 more. gloves for your fingers I love 3- Finger gloves are preferable to mittens or full gloves. The gloves are outstanding. It was well worth the money.
