11 to 1 is written on the card. I bought them for my grandsons as a Christmas present, so I can't tell you much about them. They are 10 inches tall.

They can be changed out. The size range is due to this reason. My 4-year-old grandson was able to wear them. To get the right fit, all you need is to know your shoe size.
