Do you have the option of strapping yourself into the board like you do on ?

I know that there is not a strap that keeps you on the Board while you are kneeling. If you are traveling 18MPH), this is really not necessary. There is no need to get off of the Board while going over the wake on your knees. People have even been seen doing small jumps over the waves without getting off the Board.

There is a zup board 1 with me. I received it free of charge and with a double hook handle. I will upgrade to version 2 if I decide to do so. Is it possible to use the same handle for 0 and 1 boards?

Could anyone tell me what the thickness of the "thinner" portion of the board is? What is the best place to position the foot straps? In front or behind?

I sure do. I don't know how many there are. 25" in length. Almost all wakesurf racks and kneeboard racks can accommodate this board. In most cases, it cannot fit in a wakeboard rack.

How fast does this have to be so that an adult or teenager can keep up?

Generally, these are aimed at kids between the ages of 7 and 10. I have a 5 year old who will be 14 on Thursday. Having his 10th birthday at 15 is a big deal. We're waiting for enough boating time for our grandson to get the hang of standing on this board. He is really excited to stand. Our 8-year-old granddaughter, who is thin and 8 years old, has a harder time thus far than the rest of our family. A rope like the one they recommend would definitely be a purchase again. I can easily get it out of and back into the board.

The Beginners Board is a great way to learn

Create the board. It's kind of like a tube, but on a board. My 5 year old sons love it, and it's easy to make. I would highly recommend this book.
