The surface can be ridden in a wakeboard manner. The front foot rests on the ground and the tail foot rests on the ground. You can place your feet comfortably anywhere on the pad due to its EVA material.
It shows more about rope attaching on ZUP's website, but hooking into the front hook of it is really all that it is.
As well as the rope, this is included. Providing a tow rope of 60 feet is included with the tow handle. With all the equipment you need for riding (minus the boat), you can immediately start enjoying yourself.
There is a float on the handle. This is an excellent learning board as well. Our board has served as a great teaching tool to anyone trying to learn how to knee board or wakeboard. We have had it for two years now.

Having grown up in a family where boating has been a huge part of life for so many decades, and racing slalom skis since I was in kindergarten. There is no doubt in my mind that I know when I see a good product for water sports! We got these for our kids (ages 4 and 7) to bridge the gap between tubing and wakeboarding. Since our children have used one ski trainer in the past and thought it was great, we figured they would love this one as well.
