It is well set up. I am amazed at how this pump works and how well it works. I am using a 14' cable so that the 12V plug is accessible from the driver's console, yet the sacks in the back of my boat can be filled.

My issue was tracked down by customer service within 12 hours, and he walked me through fixing it by heating it

A thread was not screwed in properly so I called customer service and within 12 hours a very nice gentleman guided me through the process of fix by heating up the thread with a hair dryer.
