A pad is included inside these helmets that allows you to adjust the size. You can adhere the padding to the inside.
The chin strap is the only part of this helmet that can be adjusted. Some people have reported that they come with another layer of padding that can be added to the inside. Additionally padded items do not come with it. In addition, it cannot be worn with padding or ear flaps. Despite what is pictured, you do not get the ear flaps with this. make matters worse, the sizing chart is wrong as well. Using a tape measure, I measured my son's head circumference at 53 inches. 5cm, which is at the high end of the Extra Small size range. There is still a problem with the helmet being too loose. The purchase I made is not satisfactory to me.
Although it doesn't come with a mount, it would be possible to buy one separately and attach it.
Taking the size of helmets my son wears for other sports as my guide, I chose mine. While I was unclear about how these helmets would fit, the ones I ordered fit exactly like my son's ski helmet, biking helmet, and riding

To be used with my jet ski, I purchased this helmet as a water safety helmet. The prospect of getting your bell rung at high speeds may seem overkill to many, but it's actually a possibility when you're operating a craft capable of high speeds. I think the best helmet is the one you wear for You name it! You can do it wakeboarding, longboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc. Instead of the hard Styrofoam used in other mattresses, the inside of the cushion has thick, soft padding instead. I was able to clean it easily by hosing it down or soaking it in the sink. It is sturdy enough to withstand a drop from a parking garage of 8 stories to concrete (which was conducted by the customer). It's been 5 years since I purchased mine, and I'm always going to buy a new one if this one breaks. The only thing I don't know is if I will ever need.
I have no problems with my helmet. However, it's not helpful for wakeboarding if you want ear protection, since the ear pieces fall out by themselves after a while. They are held on by a button that has fallen off prematurely.
