If you return it, you will be responsible for the costs. As a result of two issues, I cannot access the website. First of all is the adjustable buckle behind the head that is suppose to ensure a good fit, but it often slips out. So, the helmet would not stay in place and wouldn't stay wobbly. My first 10 minutes of wearing the helmet revealed that the buckle had already started to loosen from the position it was in when I first adjusted it. tried pulling on the buckle with light force, but the buckle was unable to maintain its Additionally, I think the size XL on the site is smaller than other XL shirts on other brands, at least based on my head shape.
