I wouldn't be concerned with the weave as much as ensuring that your blade is around a 94.
According to my understanding, the 3k and 12k weave patterns in carbon fiber are simply different weave patterns; I don't believe one has more flex than the other. I have the 12k and it doesn't flex at all, so I'm guessing the 3k will be the same. If you want it to be easier on your arms, shoulders, and back, get the smallest size. I got the 94 square inch paddle, which is basically the common "big" size, but I'm pretty sure the other options were something like an 84 or 88 square inch, which will have less resistance in the water, putting less stress on your body, but of course at the expense of power and speed. if you're worried about that. I hope this information is useful.

I ordered a cheap(er) inflatible SUP ($300) with the expectation that the paddle that came with it would be useless. I had been correct all along. I knew the paddle was the most important part of the puzzle, so I wanted something that was high-quality and light-weight without being too expensive. I chose this paddle in the 94 square inch size after reading and watching a lot of reviews. I didn't have a good size reference, but I'm a bigger guy, so I figured the bigger size paddle would be fine. Thankfully, I was right; it's about the same size as the standard paddle that came with the board. It's rock solid at both joints, no wiggle, and the top portion with the handle is well locked in and doesn't slip. It also includes an anti-bacterial component. To make sure it doesn't spin, twist the groove, but I doubt it would with the way it's locked in. It also comes with a very nice carry bag, which is of high quality all around. I'm very pleased with my purchase, especially considering the low cost for what it is. This paddle is my baby, and the cheap aluminum paddle that came with the board serves as a loaner.
That's exactly what I was hoping for! I'd been looking for the ideal paddle for a long time, and there was a two-month wait when I first saw this one. Instead, I went with their black paddle because I was itching to get out on the water! This paddle became available shortly after the black paddle was delivered. I returned the original bamboo paddle because it had a few flaws. This paddle is excellent; I use it frequently and enjoy it. I've given it to some friends to try, and they've all been blown away. I strongly advise you to do so!.
This is fantastic! I've been looking for a paddle like this for a long time. It looks fantastic, and the bamboo is a lovely addition. It's also very good at what it does. This is a third of the weight of the fiberglass/vinyl paddle that came with my Bote inflatable SUP. The anti-twist handle is also very useful, and I would recommend these to anyone.
Great product that will last a long time. I really like how the prices are broken down and how the storage bag is included.
I like how light it is and how well it cuts through the water. br>I'm glad I was able to obtain it. Paddling becomes much easier and faster as a result.
