Kinda. The paddle end, on the other hand, does not have this feature. The handle end, on the other hand, appears to be in good shape. At the very least, it's been afloat long enough for it to be found. I wouldn't leave it alone for an extended period of time.
It's possible that there was a mistake. It only took a few days for me to get mine.
Excellent craftsmanship. With my old boards, the kids have been using them on a weekly basis. For the price, I would recommend it.
It's quite effective. The handle is shaped in a way that is comfortable to hold. The paddle, on the other hand, appears to be quite frail. It's fine for paddle boarding, but I wouldn't put too much weight on it outside of the water (by leaning up against it, for example). Overall, it's a great paddle (especially for the price), and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The paddle's only flaw is its low-cost plastic handle. br>The paddle does float because the shafts are foamed. The three-piece design is convenient to transport and store. br>If you're a beginner paddler or just starting out, this is a great paddle to start with for the price. This aluminum paddle is something to think about. br>However, I do not recommend this paddle if you are a moderate to advanced paddler who paddles several times per week. br>It's a pity about the handle. While paddling in a choppy bay, it broke in my hand. It snapped right in the middle of the part, rendering it useless. I had previously used it for a few hours, so it was repairable. br>Because of its unusual shape, the paddle handle is difficult to replace. In addition, the part was superglued to the shaft, and I'd have to use acetone to remove it, as well as the painted measurements. Thankfully, I was within the 30-day return period and was able to return the paddle to Amazon as defective. br>Again, if you're new, take a look at this. br>If you've done some paddling before, invest a little more in a paddle with a good reputation. br>I can't give it more than one star because I had to return it because it was defective. br>Best of luck to you.
While it lasted, the paddle wasn't very good. Paddle snapped at the T-junction. As everyone says, grip the handle after a few light uses. I got in touch with the firm. They agreed to replace the product under warranty. No replacement paddle was ever sent. I inquired about sending it several times. Potential buyers should be aware of the company's complete lack of willingness to honor its warranty service on an item with an obvious manufacturing defect.
take hold of the handle Because the rest of the paddle appears to be durable, it's a shame the top handle is made of cheap hard plastic. These paddles were on sale, so I bought five of them. The fifth one, which had all of the handles snapped off, broke the day before yesterday. There is no way to repair the crack in the top handle. The t- Because the grip handle, like the shaft, is oval in shape, it is impossible to replace it. These paddles should be avoided at all costs. They're also the heaviest in our watersports storage facility.
It actually floats. The handle finally gave out after two years. Paddle is excellent for the price. This was purchased as a back-up for when we have visitors or children. I've only used it a few times, but it's fantastic. It made me very happy. I have no reservations in recommending Airhead because it is a great brand. I threw it in the lake and waited 5 or 10 minutes before retrieving it. It actually floats. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I had this out this weekend after 2 years of light use as a spare, took a big stroke, and the T part of the handle just broke off in my hand; this hasn't been used that much. Downgrading from a 5 to a 3 star rating.
After hearing so many negative things about aluminum paddles, I decided to order one. I borrowed a carbon fiber paddle from a friend to practice with. I needed something for myself that was less expensive, so I took a chance and bought this one. I only have a few words to say. This is exactly what I was looking for in a paddle. It's not as heavy as CF, but it's not as light. All of the pieces are well-clipped together (no worries about them separating in the water). The water is easily drained. So far, there have been no issues. Highly recommended, and the blue/yellow color combination is appealing.
This is an excellent paddle for the money. The ergo handgrip and oval shaft make this a very comfortable tool. Because I've only used it once, I can't comment on how long it will last. It actually floats - if the adjustable shaft is not clogged with water The paddle will sink if it is submerged in water. It's also very simple to make changes on the fly. I'm satisfied with it overall.
The clamp used to control the extension isn't particularly warm. To get the clamp tight enough to hold the length you want, tighten the screws all the way. br>br>As a result, tightening and releasing the clamp with the lever is extremely difficult. That lever is made of plastic, and it will not be able to withstand many clamping/unclamping cycles. We just keep it extended all the time. br>br>Aside from that, it works fine and appears to be well made.
They float in the air. Mine was less than $17 when I purchased it. I have a lake house and two teenage children (ages 16 and 13). On two stand-up paddle boards, I spent the entire summer. Paddle boards were a new addition that proved to be a huge success. All of their friends put it to good use. I haven't broken down yet. I purchased a third spare but have yet to use it. I'm not sure if they're heavier than other paddles, but they're certainly not cumbersome.
