I'm not sure where it is, but it isn't the United States. China is the most likely suspect. It's of good quality and at a reasonable price, which we can't match.
It's more of a sky blue and white color scheme.
Yes, I bought this paddle to go with my Sportsman 120 PDL. It performs admirably. Other variables to consider include your height, but I don't believe it will have a significant impact. I am 6 feet tall and use this paddle in conjunction with my Sportsman. This paddle has a lot of appeal to me compared to other paddles. Others I've used because of the weight (it's light) and the awesome handgrip pads that come with it. In addition, the orange color complements my orange kayak perfectly. This one was purchased to replace a paddle that I had lost, as I had owned this model for many years and it was my favorite.
In the middle, where the paddles attach, there is a slight wiggle. The paddles are a bit stiff on their own.

This is by no means a 5-star rating. Paddle shaped like a star If you pit this against an Aqua Bound or Werner, it will lose by a large margin. However, I can honestly say that for $35, I've never felt a better paddle in my hands. The ergonomics are excellent, the blade geometry is excellent, the blade stiffness is excellent, and the shaft is free of flex and play. To be honest, everything is excellent for a low-cost Rec paddle. I sold my kayak and gear about 8 years ago due to condo living; I had a great Necky and Aqua Bound Carbon/Fiberglass paddle and could paddle 20 miles. Back in another Necky, but due to the fact that I'm doing two kayaks and two sets of gear, I've had to cut back a little, and in reality, I don't see my wife getting into kayaking for anything other than recreational purposes. If she does, we'll make the necessary adjustments when we get to the other side of the bridge. br>br>Now, if you're new to kayaking and intend to progress because you'll be joining a very active community and will be paddling with friends on a weekly basis, invest in a good kayak and a good paddle. When you're out on a 20-mile paddle and dealing with currents, waves, and wind, you'll thank yourself. It's a game changer! br>br>In addition, Necky is a good brand with good ergonomics and boat geometry that blurs the lines between a recreational boat and something more capable of being used by an advanced paddler. In other words, Necky kayaks aren't as easily outgrown as other kayaks. Although Dagger, Wilderness Systems, and other companies make excellent kayaks, I have found that the Necky's hull designs are faster and strike a good balance of stability and speed. Also, do your research and look into the secondary market first! Used kayaks can be found on Facebook and Craigslist for a fraction of the cost of new kayaks in your area. If you're looking for information on boats to help you make a purchase decision, Google is your best friend. If you're looking for a paddle and come across this one, it's likely that you're new to kayaking and don't even own one! I recommend being open and honest about your expectations and goals. This is a great recreational paddle and probably an even better backup paddle, but if you plan on making paddling a regular hobby, you'll want to invest in a better paddle.
is both practical and long lasting. I've had a chance to use this paddle a lot over the last few months and can't say enough good things about it. A few points to consider for the potential buyer: *Weight: br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br I've used lighter paddles that were much more expensive, but this one doesn't *feel* heavy at all, even when using multiple paddles. paddles for an hour It's a good balance. * Length: br>br>br>br>br>br>br> I'm 6'2" tall and paddle a slightly beamy (28") open kayak with about 5-pounds of gear. The extra length of this paddle appeals to me, as it has 6" of freeboard on both sides. Each stroke becomes longer and more efficient, and I don't have to raise the high-speed limit. So high on the side paddle that it drips into my boat. br>* Convenience: br>br>br>br>br>br I keep them disassembled and ready to go in my vehicle. I also have to disassemble them when I'm paddling canoe style in very narrow water with tall grass or trees on both sides. It's also comforting to know that each component of the paddle floats in the event that I drop one in the water. br>* Dependability and upkeep: I weigh around 200 pounds. When I get in and out of my boat, I use the standard maneuver, which puts a lot of pressure on the paddle; So far, there has been no sign of deformation. After each paddle, I make sure to rinse them thoroughly and use silicone spray lube on the ends that fit together. br>br>If you're considering purchasing this paddle, you should probably do so now.
We now have at least six or seven Seasense paddles. As others have stated, this is a fantastic paddle for the money, but be aware that the shaft diameter is smaller than most other paddles. It's a better fit for those in our group who have smaller hands, according to us. In addition, the "Military Green" color is primarily brown with a few small green swirls.
I decided to buy two of these after doing a lot of research, and I'm so happy I did! They are fantastic! They are of excellent quality and will last a long time. The paddles that came with our recreational kayaks were far inferior. We've used them on a fast-moving river, a calm lake, and even choppy waters, and they've performed admirably in all conditions. They're the perfect length for our kayaks, which have a 30 inch cockpit, and they can be broken down into two pieces for easy transport. The padded handgrips and drip rings are a nice touch as well. The drip rings and hand grips may move a little bit when wet, as others have stated in their reviews, but this does not prevent the paddle from being used. I strongly advise you to give these a try if you're looking for a good quality paddle that's also affordable for recreational use or fishing. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.
The colors are vibrant, the center snap is functional and feels solid, and it can be feathered depending on your paddle style. I bought it on sale for around $30, and this paddle is unbeatable at that price. I don't give 4 or 5 stars to a product unless it performs as expected, and I don't review items with limited information just to meet the review requirement. br>br>*This product was NOT offered at a discounted price; I paid FULL price. I'd like people to know if this product is useful or not. I frequently state whether I believe a product is worth the full asking price or whether I would only buy it at a reduced price.
