I buy this large size for my husband. He loves it since he's a very fit guy and it's a nice snug fit for him. usually wears larges. ) If the person wearing this is not as fit or has some tummy, you might consider going up a size. The bottom doesn't need to be too tight or loose (I can't stand things laying across my stomach). You don't want it too loose but there's not much room for extra - I love it.

The last one I had was too small for me

When I outgrew my older model of this rash guard, I bought another one Over the years, this board has been standing up to body surfing on sand very well. This sunscreen blocks UV rays well too (you can see a tan line at the wrists where the coverage ends). My last version of this program was too small, so I bought the new The shirt used to be a M, now I wear an XXL and find that it fits snugly, in a comfortable way (similar to a normal t-shirt). L is the size of the shirt). It's recommended to go up one, if not two sizes with this product.

I don't like the color of this model as much, but I bought it anyways after how well it held up with my previous one. As a decent manufacturer of rash guards that last, Aqualung is an excellent choice.
