My height is 6', 180 lbs, and my chest is 42". The shirt is lightweight, ultra stretchy, and feels It was a bit cramped for me to wear a large These shirts should be a little more fitted for me. The top was decent across the chest and waist, but it was a bit baggy along the hips and waist and about three inches too long for my tastes. A medium might have worked better You will sweat no matter what the temperature is in 90 degrees. When it came to heat and humidity, it did perform better than a cotton top The handbags were great, and the shirt dried very quickly after the fact. While I wouldn't usually wear long sleeves in the summer, it wasn't too bad and I didn't notice it after a while. I would definitely recommend it as an outdoor shirt.

I only had one issue with the shirt. It was much larger than I had Despite ordering a large, the sleeves are longer than my wrists (normal large long sleeve shirts don't fit this large). If you typically wear a size larger than this, you may want to order a size smaller since this seems to be a material that won't.
