I use them a lot for both swimming (sun protection) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. They are designed to be worn very tightly, so I wear them that way as well. With a height of 6' and a weight of 200 pounds, the large fits snugly. In addition to wearing it for BJJ, I wore it to the beach several times. The device has held up so far well. Having possessed at least ten rashguards, this one is as good as any of them, even better than most. This item is of good quality, has thick material. However, I prefer a small amount of elastic at the waist to eliminate riding up. I only have a small complaint here. I might order again since the styles are cool and the price is cheap.
