A little over 12" in diameter. Despite the fact that I didn't measure, I wear my knives on my calf and they are perfectly comfortable. I am 6'2" and 245 pounds so I'm not small but there is plenty of room inside. It is my hope that this helps.
There are dozens of adjustments, it's about an inch wide, and it feels like quality rubber. I was looking for exactly what you wrote.
The knife is slightly larger than a quarter, a fantastic hand knife I used last year out on the Outer Banks while surfing
Approximately 3/4 of an inch is the width of the straps.

Don't waste your money on them. In any case, they don't stay in place very well, and there's no way to prevent it from slipping off unless you melt a couple pieces Due to the fact that it does what it's supposed to do so badly, I believe it is probably one of the worst products I have ever bought on Amazon. There will be some more secure straps that I will purchase.
They can be adjusted easily and hold tight once threaded correctly. The length of mine was enough, so I trimmed mine after having them adjusted so as not to have so much extra flapping. These are such a great product, I replaced the straps on all three of my knives with them.
We find the straps do not stay in place. My jerryrigged version is a bit loose, and then it doesn't grip the wetsuit, so it slides down to your ankle if you wear it around your ankle. It turns out there are some Velcro straps available for purchase that were much better than those you buy in a pack.
So long as you are not swimming with it and kicking your feet, this product is great. Due to a buckle coming undone while I was kicking my feet in the water, I almost lost an expensive knife.
The straps work, but they are a bit annoying because they loosen up during a dive. Haven't found better alternatives.
I purchased two straps and they were put into plastic packaging, and only one strap was inside. The fact that my gift was not completed for Christmas morning was disappointing.
I bought these to replace the straps on my Akona dive knife which broke, and they work perfectly.
Whether you want to attach a knife sheath to your leg for diving, or secure anything to your BCD or other body part you can wrap them around, these are essential. This clip is made of thick rubber, so it isn't going to break, and it clips To make sure I have a backup set for my dive bag, I purchased a second set. If a $10 part goes bad or is lost, you would not want a three-week dive vacation that costs $3000 ruined. The item is great and the price is right.
