When I used it for the first time, it broke
3/5

Last summer, when my father was diving, he lost a 10 year old knife he bought during his scuba diving career. During the month of February, he had plans to visit Cozumel. I wasted many hours looking for the perfect, reliable scuba knives as a Christmas present for him out of concern for his safety underwater. It was such an exciting moment for him when he opened his gift. The edge of the blade was sharp and the blade felt lightweight to him. It was the dual purpose titanium hilt cap of his knife that he truly loved, since he could use it as a hammer or to bang on his oxygen tank and alert others in an emergency. This piece of clothing had a sturdy, adjustable leg strap that he liked the best. In the event he came back from his trip, I eagerly inquired about his knife. To my dismay, (and his), he told me it failed to function right from the very beginning. The plastic handle of his knife slipped off the blade when he tried to reach for it after noticing the rope tangled around some coral. He thought that the rope would entrap any passing marine life! In his search for the titanium hilt cap, he learned that it had come off completely, allowing the knife to come apart, rendering it useless and unsafe. searched the immediate region for the cap, but could not find it. As a result, he was unaware when it had come off. Therefore, I do not recommend this cheaply made product and would like.

Knife was one of my favorites

The problem is. The titanium blade made this knife even better! I'm glad I paid the extra to receive it. I had a great first dive with it, but it came loose from the holster and was gone when I came up from the.

An issue with the sheath when it is coated with coarse sand
3/5

Usually, I think this knife is great, but yesterday I had a problem with the sheath so I will have to use an alternative knife when diving from the beach. Mounted on my left calf, the knife was a part of me. A friend and I were diving Monastery Beach in the Monterey/Carmel area of California. There are large pieces of sand on the beach and the sand is very coarse. I climbed the "monastery crawl" both dives when I came out of the water. My knife was stuck in the plastic sheath, which made it impossible for me to remove it. Under the release mechanism, there was a lot of sand that was caught. I must have waded out of the surf when there was a lot of sand caught. Although I tried shaking them out while I rinsing them in a bucket, not all of the dust was removed. Now that I know what I know now, I will never dive this knife on a beach. I waited until I got home, popped the release mechanism up, ran running water over the area, and it works fine now.

This is worth your time! This knife arrived on time
5/5

It is non magnetic and already razor sharp out of the box. I used 2000 grit wet/dry sand paper to polish it to a razor sharp edge without any problem. Disassembles easily, cleans quickly, and is easy to maintain An oily substance. After diving twice over a long weekend, no rust appears to have appeared. The scabbard and locking mechanisms work well and the handgun feels comfortable to hold. The only problem I had were the leg straps, they had the buckles attached incorrectly. I figured it out after about a minute, but it was a simple fix. I definitely recommend the Neoprene Leg Mount for a.

It's a fantastic dive knife
5/5

I was able to use it this weekend while diving. Compared with the stainless dive knife I have been using, this one is about half the weight, but it feels much better in the hand. Using the release is very simple and can be done without any trouble by one hand. As well as the assembly, the disassembly is excellent. Its edge is razor sharp right from the factory. I snuck it out of my bag and learned a valuable lesson when my buddy took it when he was cutting some paracord. The captain throttled back slightly and slipped forward, letting the knife point strike his ankle as we approached our mark. It stuck to the bone, and blood was shooting out of him like a I was lucky to have a small hole that closed up after about 30 minutes of Knives such as these are not intended for use as pocket knives, much less while sailing in rough waters. Although it is extremely recommended, I would not recommend it.

What an awesome idea! The Scuba mask and snorkel are used to dive underwater
5/5

In addition to defense, it can be used to filet fish as well. How does this blade have such a beautiful shape? Leg sheath makes it easy to release the blade in seconds. Easy to disassemble and oil, easy to sharpen, lightweight, perfect in every way. I also agree. Harpoon rods of all shapes and sizes are compatible with it. A thread runs from the rear of the blade to the front. This standard is 1/2" in diameter. Overall, it's great. It's great and I want another one for another.

There is no real benefit to First time I took it out of the poorly constructed sheath, the retaining clip broke
3/5

Almost okay knife in terms of its own quality. As you expect to receive a knife with the blade running through the handle to the pommel, do you This is a thin, threaded sliver with a threaded end that fixes the pommel to the blade. Aside from being cheap and underwhelming, the knife is of average quality. The knife is pricey for the price that it is offered at. You should not waste your time on that. If you want a butterfly or a Kbar, you should buy them. The knife is certain to rust, but at least it will still be useful.

I was very disappointed, it fell apart after 3 dives
3/5

I was very disappointed, it fell apart after 3 dives. first concern with this knife was the price point, which was indicative of the blade's quality. In spite of this, the blade actually went in okay, but the handle fell out during the dive, meaning the knife could not be used any further. It is now nearly impossible to pull the knife out of a pouch, as the handle slides out, as shown in the pictures. Buying is a bad idea.
