Questions & Answers

In this context, elite refers to a better product, but it has a ?

From examining other listings, I think the key difference between the Elite and Standard version is that Elite has a lateral zipper for easier

Do the meshes have a lot of stiffness? How flat can the bag be folded to pack for a trip?

Despite its soft texture, the mesh has no stiffness. You can roll up the mesh bag if you are going to pack it into another bag, or you can lay it flat. This is one of the best dive gear purchases I've ever If you're planning to dive from a boat, be aware that you can take all of your diving gear. You'll find there is a separate sleeve for fins, or whatever you want to put inside

Can you explain this product to me in your own words? Is it just a bag with straps or is there something to it that resembles ?

There is a drawstring, zipper, and handle, as well as a comfortable strap for back carrying, and a handle for carrying and gaining easy access to the boat. The compartment for my mask and other accessories is very handy. It fits my entire kit and is very sturdy.

This bag will be able to hold all my scuba diving equipment, including a BCD, regulator, snorkel, fins, a soft weight, a 3m dive suit. ?

No, I would say that is probably too big and heavy for a bag of that size. Including my fins, snorkel and face mask, about 1/3 of the bag is taken up by these items. It seems like BCD will be more difficult to handle than it was designed for

There is a possibility that it would be uncomfortable for women
3/5

There has been a lot of interest in the size of this dive bag. Due to this and the following reasons, I had to return the item. Despite my 5'4" height, I was not able to wear it because it was too long and large. In addition to this, other females have also noted that when worn as a backpack, the front strap is awkwardly located and does not have enough room to adjust upward since it runs into the stitching at the shoulders. There have been some who have noted that a child could fit in here, and they were not joking. For illustration purposes, I have placed a bag of birdseed inside one of the pictures to give you a sense of the size of the mesh. The mesh is a heavy coated plastic that, when folded, takes up some space in the luggage. It is well made, with some great features such as a side zip running the length of the bag, hefty handles, and a small zipper compartment on the front. If the above problems are not an issue for you, then I believe you will find the bag to be well made. Due to the fact that the front straps cannot be adjusted up, I gave it two stars.

Carrying a lot of gear has never been more comfortable! I bought this and another Mares Cruise Duffle bag for a recent scuba/snorkeling trip (which I am returning, since we didn't use the other one)
5/5

The duffle didn't come close to comparing to this. There is a mesh which is rubbery and therefore tends to be more durable than the fabric-only Aside from that, you can fit a lot in it! Among the items we could put in the bag are the following Inside the mesh section, which has a long zipper so that you can load either from the side or from above, you will find The following *br A set of fins and a set of wings - 2 sets of boots (both of which have harder bottoms and are therefore a little bigger) I need two BDCs - A government regulator and a private regulator
The bag has plenty of space for additional items, such as towels, clothes, etc. The inner pocket (zips in the top, and is incredibly long (every inch of it) The following *br In the outer pouch "2 snorkels" (I liked this pocket so that the snorkels kept protected from the rest of the The following *br In addition to two pairs of goggles in their plastic cases, I found that carrying the gear in the backpack style was SO MUCH easier than carrying one set in a duffel. I don't even know that I have it on my Bags like this are exactly what I've been looking for! If you plan on going to the beach or participating in any other activity in which you need the contents to be able to breathe, this is the bag to use. Drain holes are available on the bottom of the main compartment as well as the bottom of the outer There is also a compact roll-up feature. My only wish is that there was an additional small pocket for keys or credit cards. The goggles are in the box, so I wouldn't want to put my keys in the same pouch to avoid scratching them. It would be nice to have a place to put some other small things, but I don't think it's a deal breaker.

A very good dive bag! I'm very impressed! There are many complaints about this type of bag, with the number one complaint being, "when you pull the drawstring and then want to get into the bag by using the side zip, the drawstring does not hold well
5/5

". Seems to be a lot of passion going on around a drawstring. It was the same problem with the friction lock solution, so I bought better friction locks ($3 bucks I believe). This did not solve the problem, so I turned to As I wanted the top closed and intended to go in mainly through the side zip, I closed the friction lock and tied a bow knot in front of it, and voilĂ ! It's a no slip zone. I untied the bow knot when I wanted to open that end on a few occasions. This bag is with the best technology available! The result was I paid about $35 bucks (plus $3 extra for the friction lock) for a product that comparable ones typically cost double as much. My only complaint is that there is no complaining To Mares I would like to make one constructive comment. It would be better if the side handle, which lets you carry it like a duffel when you don't want to carry it on your back, was placed a little higher. I feel a lump at the back of my neck when I have the shoulder straps on because it gets in between my back and the pack. Re-examine is all it takes, just re-enter Put it in the right place and everything will be fine. To put it simply, if it had been better planned out in the beginning, occurrences like this would not happen. This is just a suggestion, no stars lost for such a small mistake. Note
*PS My rating is based on the fact that I paid full price for the bag. So be.

The best price for the best quality
5/5

The set of SCUBA gear measures 15. 5 pounds. It can be carried by an adult male without difficulty. The bag was purchased for a trip to Cozumel Mexico for SCUBA diving. There is a lot of space in the bag. wetsuit, fins, two masks (in plastic cases), snorkel, boots, extra equipment (O-rings, oars, ear plugs, etc. ), dive log, latches, fasteners, etc. Due to the large size of this dive bag, I almost suggested to my dive buddy that we consolidate our dive bags. Besides the items mentioned above, a BCD and regulator could fit there, but I rented those items when I was diving, so I never had to bring them along. The backpack is designed to be carried easily, but it also has a zipper on one side and a handle on the other, so you can also use it like a duffle bag. It is constructed of a sturdy mesh and built in such a way that it is extremely Since I was planning a series of dives together with my diving buddy, I was aware, when researching this dive bag, that I must be very careful. I recommend this product sincerely since it is one of the best bags out there for a very fair price. This is the latest update to our post from October 22, 2018 The product has been tested several times and stand strong over the years. The bag has not caused any problems for me. Furthermore, I have been able to get a fully loaded kit, including regulators and BCD, that all fit comfortably into my bag without any issues. Even though you might not be able to pack two full sets of gear from fins to BCDs, you can definitely pack one complete set plus accessories such as an extra set of gloves, a pair of boots, an extra mask It's in good condition with no tears or rips, and the zippers and pull strings still work. My dive equipment, especially this one, is among the most studied I have ever owned.
