Questions & Answers
I appreciate you showing interest in the Orangatang Kegel, Tony. Our recommendation would be to avoid this configuration. It is going to be heavier and slower turning when the wheels are bigger. I think you will gain fewer advantages from the larger wheels than you do from the smaller ones. If you use risers pads, you could make it work. A half-inch riser would probably be sufficient in your case, but without seeing your exact setup it is hard to say for sure. We would be happy to answer any other questions or address any concerns you may have. Thank you, David
James, the only company that offers this wheel is Orangatang. Orange (80a) and Purple (83a) are the colors we offer.

The wheels are skateboard wheels and I do not know what they are. My skateboarding career spans more than 30 years, and I have never seen a wheel with a mileage rating. It's hard for me to choose just one favorite manufacturer of wheels, but Orangutang wheels are among my favorites. The wheels will be a hit with you, I promise.

It is my first time using wheels that are not unbranded generics, and these are amazing teamed up with the Jehu V2 bearings and the I had an extremely smooth ride and it was very fast as well. *edit I have been using the wheels and Jehu V2 bearings for three months now, and they are just as good as they always were. I cannot believe what a difference these wheels and bearings have made to my daily commute. It doesn't matter how many cracks, bumps, or rocks are in front of the wheels. getting chewed up a little, but that is to be expected with a wheel of this kind. Buying these wheels and Jehu bearings will make your longboarding life a whole lot easier if you board at least multiple times per week, if not daily. My first set is wearing out, so I will be stockpiling new sets. This is the best product ever!.
It does take longer to get distance from the car than my In heat orangutang did. Now that I use bones super reds, I am able to cruise much more easily. My friend and I are playing with different bushings to see which ones we like best. I got the orangatang nipples yellow and purple ones, and I'm finding the yellow ones much more sturdy so far, though they're not as easy to turn with as the old bushings that looked like cones. Anyhow, I'm going off topic here, but wheels are awesome and well worth the money.
They are my fourth set of O'tang's. Mounting them to my Longboard Larry Pusher was no problem. With a set of O'tangs, you cannot go wrong! The second set of Kegel's I have tried are not disappointing. They are my fourth set of O'tang's. My Longboard Larry Pusher 2 can be mounted with them. This year, I took on the 24 Hour Ultraskate at the Homestead Motor Speedway for the first time. It doesn't matter how I push or how hard I want to push, I still roll and roll and roll for 119 miles. I am in love with.
Only the fifth star is missed because they are not always the best choice for my style of riding. The wheels are awesome. The first thing you should do is Five days is the longest I have ever ridden on these wheels. As a longboarder, I commute a lot, so keep that in mind when taking a look at my opinion of While it makes sense that wheels should be used for going faster, I live in Florida, so I don't do that type of driving. Although they are great, they roll over any kind of rough road and seem to do almost as well as other wheels on a decent road. The fact that they roll for as long as they do may actually be better than that. As one who rides alongside traffic, I need the ability to quickly slow down if I'm going too fast. With the track as it is, they don't break traction till they're really fast. Although these are not really sliding wheels, I have an In Heat set that does slip better That being said, if you want a set of wheels that is super planted, then these are what you need. decide to put these on another board while my In Heats are put back on my commuter. The boards look excellent, but only after they have been broken in can I fully judge their quality. It is hard to go wrong with orangetangs.
These wheels were recently purchased by me as I wanted the size to be increased The Orangatang wheels have so far been a great purchase for me. It doesn't seem like they are too grippy, nor do they slide around all over. The larger the wheels, the slower their acceleration will be, but their top speed will be greater. Moreover, I feel as if I can travel in certain scenarios for longer with the larger wheels without having to push harder. It seems to be of good quality and it seems durable as well. I must mention that these things look amazing!.
As a result of the incredible grip they have when they're fresh, I've been trying to keep them fresh waiting for a good downhill session. It seems as though these wheels slide really nicely once the smooth surface is worn, but I believe that occurs to every downhill wheel after some time. It's definitely a recommendation to cruise on these wheels. The roll of this clog is great because it can go over cracks and This seems to be the case It is only surpassed by the thane of RAD wheels, but only by This is what is unique about Tang wheels they are so large and have such It has a great slide as well as a terrific I would definitely recommend this.
They aren't as reliable as I thought they might be. So far, no big hills. I paired teeth swiss bearings with them. The flats are easy for me since I can coast nearly a quarter mile with a few kicks. Then they roll over whatever is in their way. It replaced my beloved krypto classics, with which I had been completely satisfied. They feel superior to the previous model with just the right Although I weight 195 and considered going harder, I am happy I stuck with 80a for my riding style.
In the near future, I plan to upgrade my loaded Icarus board's wheels from the orangatang 4 president wheels to a set of new I feel totally different when I ride these wheels, and I find they save a lot of my effort when pushing, as well as pumping! These people are important to me. These work well on my Paris V2 truck with a new Nippon Nipple bushing installed without the wheel rims An animal bites.
