Considering it was designed for skateboards and can thus last for a long time, I doubt it will hold up over time if you did that We are not supposed to get them Since this is likely not made to withstand being submerged beneath water, this would not be ideal for a pool, especially if corrosive chemicals were included. One way to accomplish this is by first using a fresh razor/utility knife blade for the first cut, then using a second, fresh blade to finish it off at an angle of 45°. The product is excellent, I will be buying it again when the need arises.
