I would avoid giving this Christmas gift to anyone under the age of eight

I gave it to my son as a Christmas present. It snapped the day after Christmas when the rubber pads and fiberboard were attached. There is a type of kit called a repair kit that is used to repair ramps that have been heavily used. The use of items less than 24 hours in the possession of a child weighing less than 65lbs does not seem to qualify as "heavily used". My attempt to fix it is currently in progress. Originally, I would have sent it back and exchanged it, but I was given the option to do that instead.
