Questions & Answers

When I go through the check out, it wants to charge me 25 dollars for shipping even though it says there's free shipping?

I'd like to hear from you, Amanda My goal is to resolve this issue as soon as possible. There was a $25 charge in Amazon's account, and I'm working with Amazon to remove it.

Are there any issues with the rail if you do an attack with a skateboard, or is the construction good and solid?

There are no problems with the construction. This rail has been skated at every height. The chair has never fallen over or appeared to be about to fall over. It takes me about 20 minutes to walk from my house to the train station. This rail is fantastic.

Can you tell me what kind of material this is? Is aluminum lighter or stronger than steel?

It seems pretty heavy to me, I would guess it would be steel. Now that we've had it for 2 years, it's still going strong! His 17th birthday is coming up so he's going to need to use this rail a lot! This is something that I highly recommend!

The shorter legs have somehow gone missing from my kid. Do you have a way to replace them?

It is possible to purchase a new set of legs from Freshpark if you contact them directly. The small legs went to our local skatepark with me one day when I did the same thing.

Selected User Reviews For FreshPark Professional BMX and Skateboarding Grind Rail

Construction of the rail is excellent
5/5

A hybrid shape does not appeal to me. A few words The product is good, and it is from a reputable manufacturer. The issue I had with my PC was that some hardware was missing but customer service resolved it for me. For my part, I don't care for the flat rounded bars. The bar is awkward to lock into as opposed to either a flat bar or a perfect round bar, but that may be just personal preference. Due to my dislike of the shape likely arising from a personal preference and the rail being made well with excellent customer service, I still give them 5 stars.

The price was well worth it
5/5

The box does not include instructions, and there are two pairs of legs included. Both are for skateboarding height and the other for BMX height, but it is confusing when setting up the rail for the first time. It takes about 5 minutes to complete. There is a lot of grip on the rubber pads of the rail and the rail itself is very stable. When it is slanted or just not level it will not move around or slide.

It weighs twenty pounds and fits comfortably in my BMW with the back seat folded All metals are of high quality. Years of abuse won't make a difference to this thing. At its lowest setting, the rail is just high enough to be able to ride off a large sidewalk onto it. As far as the highest setting is concerned, it's almost knee high. There is no staying power for the plastic end caps. When you take your feet off of the rail, they pop off. You can't tighten the rail down with the adjustment knobs at the lowest setting because they are too close to each other. You still can get on and off, but it raises up a little when you come off of it. The noise from which is very loud. In addition, I was curious as to how tricks would feel on this rail due to the fact that I'd I might be able to help anyone interested based on my experience. **Boardsliding is very easy and it can even be done at a low enough level to make it suitable for beginners. You can play this game no matter your skill level, as well as it's not as slick as you might assume. I'm estimating 50-in-100 There may be some adjustments to be made by people in their 50s as well. I feel as if the rail under my trucks is very wide, but the round edges can't really grip the 53mm wheels. For anyone I have seen skate, it almost seems like those who slip out do so at random. At first, the Smith/feeble grinds took a little practice. If I wasn't perfect with the trick, the king-grinds not even close to being doable If a pin stuck or a wheel slipped, it would ruin the entire assembly. Although, the paint has worn off, so the king pin does not stick as firmly. It's pretty common for nose/tail slides to occur. It is much easier for me to use this rail than them usual flat bar or round rails. Please read *5- On this rail, I probably like to grind the 0's, nose grinds, and crooks the most. Despite the wide bar, you will feel balanced without having to exert much effort. But again, the round edges of the bar will allow crooks to slip easily through the nose slide. Blant/nose blunt is the only trick that I haven't landed on this rail yet. It's fun to hop over the rails to do hippie jumps. The following are some good places to start if you haven't already learned them.

The first time I painted, the paint chipped
3/5

I reached out to FreshPark one day after this article was written, and it was their President, Natalie, who The guide said it was not supposed to happen. She had a replacement rail on its way to me immediately. I will not hassle you and I will not ask any questions. It was very nice to receive a quick response and to work with such great people. The product will be replaced without charge. It is on its way, and I plan to update my review once it has arrived and I am able to Then continue ****- The rail arrived last week and as soon as I assembled it and tried a 50-inch display it provided an immediate feedback to me I put 50 on it, already the paint is chipping. Are there any other users experiencing the same problem? My rail has a detective logo on it which I don't want to rust later because I received a detective one. I am not sure if this was normal wear and tear, but I just don't want it to rust into the rail later. After reaching out to FreshPark by phone and email last week, I have yet to hear back from them.

The best decision I've ever made
5/5

purchased this kit for my 13-year-old so he can go to the skate park when I am unable to drive. There is nothing he loves more than I'm not sure whether he's used it for days or months, but it looks like it was used for several hours. Even though there were no printed instructions (you had to go online), this was really simple to assemble and does not require any The experience was even more magical when my son realized that the same grind rail is used by Braille brand. I was surprised to receive this item several days earlier than originally I was very happy to find out that the package arrived just in time for his birthday.

There is nothing wrong with this There are only 2 complaints I have about this rail First, it seems like a really sturdy and strong rail, and second, I think it's pretty easy to set up
5/5

I will give you a free beer at the end of the day. There are leg extensions on each end of the platform, so depending on where you are trying to climb, you cannot take a perfectly parallel approach path. However, if it isn't anchored to the ground, it definitely needs to have some kind of support that sticks out the sides. I think that this is just a universal characteristic of rails like this. The following is a list of factors to consider Since the handle on the screws is too large, it's actually not possible to screw in the lowest configuration hole because the handle on the screws gets in the way. It's okay, however, because the 2nd lowest setting is perfect and quite low for the majority of individuals. In addition, I feel like the rubber on the feet isn't the best material, and it only covers a portion of the foot. There needs to be much more "stick" on the rubber. The jacket doesn't slide down my body, but somehow it still seems to slip down. Additionally, if the rubber covered the entire sole of the foot, rather than just the tips, it might stick more effectively. Oh, and of course the caps do no good, so take them off or they'll come off fast.

I like this rail a lot! Skating is a great use of this surface
5/5

The flat rail I saw looked legit, so I decided to try it. I think that they use it on Braille skateboarding, and theirs always looks legit so I thought I would give it a try. It is such a great rail! My favorite feature is the adjustable height because I can practice new tricks at low heights and then practice my best tricks at high heights. As of now, it seems extremely durable, and it's lightweight enough to move around comfortably. Having said that, the end caps pop off, but that's really only a cosmetic issue and not one I take seriously. As a whole, the rail makes for a great skateboard. It is used regularly by me, weighing about 170 pounds.
