I am very impressed with the quality and durability of these wrist guards. Reviews are accurate, and be sure to read the size guide. It is also accurate. As my palms are just under 3 inches long and just over 3 inches wide, I decided to purchase the size S since my hands and wrists are typically small in size. I mostly fit the palm section of the guard, but my wrist section was almost too tight due to velcro gaps that weren't completely closed across. My size S turned out to be too small, so I went up to a size M. Although I have not crashed (yet), I believe the wrist guards will protect my wrists well.
